The strawhats would literally not be as famous as they are without her. Going to save Robin was in part what made Luffy step as a captain and invent Gear 2nd. If not for that? The strawhats could have very well died much sooner in their journey. Plus theres pretty much no making it to laugh tale without her.

There's also a chance that the straw hats don't make it out of water seven as unscathed as they did in the canon story without Robin there. A big reason Luffy and Zoro survived was that leaving the straw hats alive was Robin's condition for going along with them. Without that there's a good chance CP9 just takes those two out. Or at the very least leaves them a lot more injured presuming them to do be dead. They'd at least take more recovery time before pursuing. But maybe that's not a problem if CP9's not really in any rush to take Usopp away from Enies Lobby like they were Robin.

But without robin there is no reason to go after the crew at all

We can easily assume there’s gonna be plot armor for them either way it’s one piece after all almost no one dies and certainly not the main characters

The thing is, why would they get beat up by CP9 if they don't have Robin to rescue in the first place?

I feel like the crew wouldn't have known the earlier poneglyphs were even of any importance at all if Robin wasn't there to say "hey, Roger left a message" or "there's a mystery here"

Can’t Pudding read the poneglyphs? Perhaps that knowledge could come into play and she might join the crew.

I was thinking the same thing, I did some rereading and it turns out that Three-Eyed people have the potential but it is unknown if a hybrid like Pudding could gain the ability but considering her return it seems likely that the awakening will happen to help Blackbeard remain as a strong contender.

1) What if Yamato was somehow able to join Ace's team? 2) What if the brothers/friends/relatives of the strawhats formed a crew? For example, crew composition: Sabo (or Ace), Tashigi (or Kuina), Nojiko, Kaya, Reiju, Kureha (or Carrot), Kuzan, Iceburg, Laboon, Arlong (or Aladine). Let's say the core crew formed after Marineford during the timeskip, because they were worried about the strawhats and went out to sea looking for them

Honestly, it would be so funny if in this Robinless timeline, Luffy motivated himself and got to learn how to read a poneglyph even though he doesn't even know how to read

Sukiyaki might start to teach Momo and Hiyori how to read the poneglyphs. This also worries me. If for some kind of reason another big players know about this they'll invade Wano for sure

I was thinking about the oden dad thing and while yeah like usually death thing aside I do think there may be a point here. I really doubt oda is gonna have Robin killed but more likely I think odens dad is gonna be used by either buggy or shanks as they are now also in the race and considering blackbeard has pudding they do need an advantage (also they do kinda owe shanks one). I think that's a more likely outcome then something happening to Robin anyway

Thinking about what you said at 12:11 Spoilers for anime only people here Would that mean CP0 wouldn't even be in Wano? Which means Guernica (the CP0 agent) would never have interfered with the fight against Kaido, meaning there's a chance Luffy would have won without awakening his fruit? If he didn't awaken his fruit then I'm sure that means somewhere later on in the story he'd have gotten killed because he's too weak, unless it awakens then of course. But having it awaken so late means he'll have so little practise with it that the side effects might be the actual death of him.

i thought CP0 was at wano for the banquet since kaido and orochi were working with the govt and then they went after robin when they realized she was there.

@@ahji9287 Then you didn’t pay attention there’s more than robin who can read the Poneglyph that’s why they can still get the one piece without her but it’s obviously much easier when she’s with them cause she’s already part of the crew unlike the other options
