For Chutney :-
1 Tbsp - Oil
2 Tbsp - Chana Dal
1/2 Tsp - Cumin
1 Pinch - Hing
1 - Red Chilli
1 - Green Chilli
1 Inch - Ginger
5 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves
Salt To Taste
1 Tbsp - Curd
6-8 Curry Leaves
1/2 Cup - Water
