Not long after Flowey bloomed in the Underground, the first human to fall since the fallen child fell from the surface. After failing to take the human, Marine's, SOUL of PATIENCE, Flowey devises a plan to guide her through the Underground.
The First Human is an Undertale Prequel AU set before the events of Undertale.

I know of another great Undertale comic you should dub. It's called Ghost Switch. It examines an alternate timeline in which Chara became Flowey instead of Asriel.

The way you portray the characters with such good emotions is incredible! I cant wait to see the rest of this series!(like i said above)

Possibly. We don't actually have any way to know how long it was between Flowey and Chara's demise and patience's fall. In fact, we don't even know when Undertale itself takes place for sure, (other than a 20XX) so that's fun. We just have to make a random guess at best.

@@giftedlicense3548Didn't they say in the game that Alphys experimented injected the determination of the souls into a flower? Souls, plural, there must be at least one, heck, Flowey could have appeared after the Yellow soul and keep resetting until he went crazy

@@PandaPixelado true. Yeah, you're right. Great observation! At least this comic does state that there are deviations from canon for the sake of creative liberties, so that whole ordeal is solved.

@@PandaPixeladothe comic Just ignores it And for fun, But flowey was created way after the yellow soul, last one before frisk I mean, flowey didn't know that humans were able to Save reset ect ect as said in the genocide dialogue, And the human have way more determinasion than flowey as their souls can still persist even after being used

No,there is possibly sunlight in the underground, knowing that a lot of plants and trees grow underground.
