The point is why the govt is not taking strict a ton and punishment to such rogue elements in the police dept. Second why CCTV is not mandated as a must. Because this will deter these rogue elements in the dept.

SURESH GARU, He has done lot of damage to you.but, why are you not capable of teaching a lesson to such high handed officers,even after you came to a position in which he can be smashed? 1) you can get an enquiry ordered by representing matter to dgp or vigillance commissioner. 2) you can gather information about his illegal assets and give a written complaint to director general,a.c.b. or even c.m. Such a high handed fellow definitly will be a king of corruption. NO normal and honest officer will not behave in such manner.He must have amassed wealth.If you do this in 6 months he will be on streets.
