You said it at the end. You can use a set of rechargeable batteries instead of the motion, which draws a bit of juice back from the storage plates. Why not use graphite power cells to generate enough current to create a energy loop being passed through two tesla coils with out ant loss of power at a energy frequency that caused solid electrolyte graphene power cells to generate high energy current that can charge up organic carbon power cell banks to get rid of that pulse generator?
