Every time i get SI pain I do these exercises and like a miracle it takes the pain away fully. Thank you so much! The pain is so bad its hard to walk and these exercises are God-sent. *Im in 2nd trimester

I’ve had SI joint paint for several years, through multiple pregnancies. I’ve done this video just 2 days in a row now and I’ve already gotten so much relief. This is a God-send. Thank you SO much.

I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and this is my first time to get Sacroiliac and it is like no pain I ever felt before! These exercises gave me so much relief. I'll continue to do them. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the video❤ I have been having pain in the SI joint since 34w, went to see a doctor and a psychotherapist and both basically said there is nothing much they can do and I have to live with that for the next months 😅as someone who is generally sporty and active it is frustrating not being able to even walk without pain. Following along some videos of yours it’s been helpful for pain relief and also nice to get some exercise.

I was lazy and skipped your videos for two days. Today I have SI joint pain, but fortunately you have videos for that as well🙂 no skipping pregnancy pilates anymore 😅

I just started my third trimester with my first baby week ago. I found your excellent workout videos today. I have been experiencing psd-area and si-joint pain for about a month. I'm also gonna see physiotherapist tomorrow about those aches.

37 weeks pregnant and have been following your videos since second trimester almost daily. I'm starting to get knee pain which I've never had in previous pregnancies, could you make videos for knee pains?

Drawing the belly button toward the spine is a common misconception for abdominal bracing. What you're performing is vacuuming. A proper abdominal brace is accomplished by breathing out and bearing down.

This really helps to alleviate the pain, thank you so much! I find that I don’t have the strength to do the marching with a bridge, when I do it there’s a sharp pain shooting up in the abdomen on the side I try to lift my leg. Does it mean my core is too weak?

You know, it's strange. On the bridge walk, I notice it is the opposite leg from the sore buttocks that is super weak. Although it seems like it is the opposite buttocks engaging to raise the leg? I.e. left buttocks is sore. Right march, I am noticeably weaker. Left march is super easy. Right march, I am flimsy and shaky.

Should I do these even when pain is dull and constant all day? I almost feel like I would need to stretch and not tense my mussles... also should I do these daily?

I think this helps to train the muscles to hold everything in place.

Will it help post pregnancy by five years as I have Been left with a SI condition due to labour which has left me with arthritis in my hip and spin

I would guess so. You also might check out a physical therapist trained as a "manual therapist" certified by University of Saint Augustine. Or maybe a chiro. It is a hard thing to fix. This video works on stretches and strengthening. It is possible you have a misalignment. It's pretty common...
