I can’t tell you how much I love this podcast. I have severe back pain, that is the result of a construction accident years ago. I have trouble sleeping at night due to being in so much pain and discomfort. I listen to your show and it’s such a blessing to hear y’all speak from the Bible, not only does it keep my mind busy, but I’m often times put at ease and able to calm myself in order to get rest. God bless you all.

Hey guys! I just want to say how thankful I am for y’all! I came to Christ a few years ago, but I went to college and became addicted to alcohol because I was away from my church family and didn’t keep my relationship with God strong. A few years ago I met the girl who is now my wife and she began working on getting me focused back on the Lord and through prayer and time I have gotten to where I am today thanks to Jesus. I wish I could sit and talk with y’all about so many things. I don’t have many true Christians around me and even since I’ve moved back home and started attending my home church I feel so removed because I know that everyone sees me for who I used to be and not who I am today. I look up to y’all and look forward to every new episode and every verse y’all read. You inspire me to be a better Christian, a father one day, and a husband that my wife deserves. Since watching y’all the spark in my heart has rekindled a flame that no one can put out and all praise be to God. Thank you for what you are doing. -Tyler

Tyler, there's nothing preventing you from taking the family on a road trip down to Monroe, LA for a visit with Brother Phil. I think you're on a good track no matter whether you visit LA or not; remember the rest of us are trying to hang on to Jesus Christ every day, and that we're praying for you, and we have your back with the Lord.

The question that was asked about when you stay or go when someone's living in sin...my dad has known Christ since he was a child. He came from a Christ loving home. He is now an alcoholic. Two days ago was the worst I have seen him. My brothers, sister, and I thought he was gonna kill himself. I went over there and my grandpa came with me. I grabbed a hold of him and pleaded Jesus over him. Y'all, please pray with me for my dad, that he will come back to Christ. Thank you. ❤️

I subscribe to your podcast with Castbox player on my phone and play it over the speakers as I have my coffee and after I read my Bible in the morning. It. Is. My. FAVORITE. Podcast. Ever! Because it's funny (so hilarious) , one. But what I love the most is how Godly you are as a family! You inspire me, because you say what is right. You say what is true. And you go to the Bible for everything, which I think is what God the Father really desires for us - for us to cling to and adhere to Him through His Son, Jesus, in all our ways - great and small. Keep planting seeds. Your culture is very interesting to me and makes me think, because it's so different from my own experience in some ways. Love and admire y'all, and love this show! God bless you in all your ways and out to the thousandth generation in the name of Jesus Christ. (Didn't know where else to put this review.)

I just listened to this podcast today (6/17/20) and is exactly what I need to be reminded of! My husband of 5 years is always full of rage and throwing Ephesians 5:22 to me in words, he knows little scripture. I have told him I am "losing myself" as he constantly is combative in words, twists scripture, and HOT tempered. I Love Jesus and clawing to stay close to Him. I made a mistake and am paying dearly. 🙏

One of my favourite trips to the city involved sitting in traffic at a stoplight, and a kid with his pants down around his knees walked past us in the crosswalk. I beeped the horn to get his attention to tell him to pull his britches up, but startled him. His pants went down around his ankles as he whipped around to look at us, and he tripped over his pants and went down like a sack of potatoes. We couldn’t stop laughing. Neither could the people in the vehicles around us. I think the public embarrassment made the point better than anything we could actually have said.

I love you guys! In Rapid City, SD we have what is called "the gap". Two hills split the east side from the west side and the area going from one side to the other is "the gap", which my mother never crossed unless she had to and my husband is the same way. We only eat at restaurants on the west side. Also, my mom never set foot in a Walmart. Growing up I remember going to town once a month on a Saturday morning and dressing in our Sunday best. I love the way Jace explains why Jesus had to be "man" in order to die.

Hello, from Northern Indiana! I just have a question if you have a moment. What’s your favorite Dominos game? Or, how do you all usually play? Thank you I’m new to dominos, but as a child my great grandfather always had a blue Royal Dansk Butter cookie tin on his kitchen table. It always had a set of black dominos in it but many a visitor went for a cookie. This evening I found the exact cookie tin he used, roughly 30 years old, and a set of Double Nine dominos to go in it. It’s sitting on my kitchen table now. I’m hoping to keep the memories coming and restart the tradition of the cookie tin and hopefully the actual playing of dominos as well. Thank you for all you do! Keep up the God work!

This podcast was really great and it made me feel I need to saddle up and just ask my question. I’m what you call backslidden. Phil was talking about the parable of the sower and I just can’t help but ask this, what do I do? I’ve felt this way a long time, my heart is harder, I haven’t been attending church( that’s a long story), my language is slipping, I’m just not in a good place. It’s the total opposite of where I was in Christ years ago. It’s almost as if I don’t have the will to make it back. I don’t want this to be true, I want to get back to Jesus. Any advice? This is my attempt to be clear and transparent without writing an essay. I’m from IL and I do hunt. Your podcast has kept me afloat and I love you guys. Thank you.

I have a feeling I know where you are. I was going through the same thing. I started reading my bible and praying for guidance. Its tough to stay on the "straight and narrow", but with God everything is possible. Recommit your life to Him and look to the word for answers, then pray about what you read. If your sincere God will open your eyes and your heart. Trust and believe in Him, and He will open your heart and your mind.

Lord, I lift up Aloha to You. Lord, Your promise includes that You will never leave us nor forsake us. So Father, i ask You to draw them near, a pray for a desire, a craving for Your Word to be in his heart. I pray him to turn off the noise and the media, and delve into Your Holy scripture with pure motives of no longer being satisfied to be of the world. Would You open the Word to what You say through James, John or Paul and may Your Holy Spirit convict and compel into true Biblical repentance. May this be the very best Christmas yet, where aloha has true understanding of the gifts grace and mercy. And may they recognize themselves first, having identity in You, not how they world sees them, and may You grant faith that will never wane nor wander again. Amen

I was listening to a different podcast and a question came up that deals with both duck hunting and church. Here it goes. "I took my preacher duck hunting to one of my honey holes and days later I went back to said honey hole and there was the preacher and some of his friends hunting. I switched churches after the fact. Did I take it too far? " When I heard this I wanted to get your take on it. Sounds like the guy trusted his preacher to keep it a secret like most good hunting spots out there.

(intensions), 2 people who have identical offenses, one done from good intent, & one-act is done for bad intent, based on this theory we can't throw all of our eggs into one basket, being a good basket or a basket filled with bad apples! 1 bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch. MERRY CHRIST MAS!

Oprah doesn't sell Hope in a Jar. She is a Christian and spreads the word of God as well. Watch her Super Soul Sunday shows where she mixes life stories with scripture... just like the Robertsons. I love listening/watching them both - Entertaining and Educational!

TO ANYONE, EVERYONE & HOPEFULLY THE ROBERTSON'S ......I have some QUESTIONS & CONFUSIONS about MYSELF & MY SON...my only child that's 24 & temporarily living w/me. My entire family was born & raised CATHOLIC. I attended a CATHOLIC SCHOOL my son also did for a short time. Before I took him out of the Catholic church & we BOTH left the church I had him baptized in a Catholic church as I was. I left Catholicism & took my son wirh me when he was only 5 & I was about 25 then. I myself have attended several different Christian churches but never stayed with any because I felt like I The Bible was being "read" to me but the supposed leaders weren't actually following The teachings of The Bible and Christ. Now today I'm 45 years old and the I can say for certain I'm due deeply believe in the teachings of The Bible and God through Jesus Christ who was born of the flesh & died on the cross for our sins. I obviously left the Catholic Church because of all of the dark & deep evil sins that many of the Affiliates were committing & I'm sure they're doing the same to this very day! So anyway I'm trying to live my life the best I can according to the buyable I'm definitely not without send that's for sure but as I've gotten older I have become wiser and on a day-to-day basis try to do my absolute best which is what I tried to teach my son from a very young age. Now my son has this knighted that he wants learn about all the different religions in the world went on don't think it's a band thing my concern is that he will say he believes in God but he mostly follows or tries to practice Hinduism. The turret lay is reading The Bible every single page from the front to the back yeah right certain things that he believes are true and other things that he while defiantly deny! Why 9 try to patiently correct him or give him examples he just throws an argument in my face so I politely just walk away. He'll continue trying to "make be believe" that he's right. I don't know much about the practice of Hinduism, however I watched with him many of the KZfaq video teachings and they really practiss or believe and attaining a higher level of existence through the use of psychedelic drugs! I will not years them by he is actively using them so I don't know if I just need to be patient and wait until he moves out or what else I can do to try to help him get on the right track as far as the teachings of Christ!???? I'm sorry that was so long that I thought the background kind of define the current state next by a did that and I'm hoping someone can help me with the answers otherwise I just continue to pray for him and everyone every single day even myself! ( I apologize for any incorrect spellings because I'm speaking into my phone). Thank you all & God Bless y'all!!
