This week we had the honour of having a conversation with one of my University connect group leaders - Sibahle Magadla.
Sibahle holds two Masters degree qualifications: 1) Master of Science (MSc) in Development Economics from The School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University of London; and 2) Master of Commerce (MCom) in Economics from the University of Cape Town (UCT). She is a Development Economist, a Career Coach and so much more.

Mrs Mohale, I have followed you for a while and LOVE the conversations you cultivate on those couches. I just wanted to say how impressed I am by the growth in your interviewing skills. Your capacity to interject and ask your guest for clarity like, "what is true north," reflects the questions that we ourselves are asking as viewers. May the Lord continue to bless your competence as a story-teller who is committed more to the stories that we need to hear than to the questions you may have prepared for your guests. May the Holy Spirit continue to guide you as a convener of conversations whose interjections and questions will draw out the story of God from your guests. Truly, be blessed!

This was so giving ... it made sense even for me when she said follow your true North... as she was explaining what that is I reflected back as to how I become a teacher myself, which led to me having my own academy and after-school programs and a few other online programmes ... I followed my true north ... unknowingly... otherwise I could have been an accountant. Thank you very much ... true north did it for me. On the side of things I love the new setup ❤🎉
