What an interesting question on the advice-ory about black representation. BoB, I would never question your commitment to black excellence in representation, your past projects and outreach speaks for itself. What I will offer, just as a reminder… I began my career several years ago in tv production, black representation was all but nil then: boom, grips, cameramen, producers, etc. And the reason wasn’t because there were none… it was about stigma and poor hiring practices. I hear things in TV haven’t changed much. Anything that can be done to help is appreciated. ☮️
