The son wasn't psychotic by a long shot, it's clear he's been through it because of how his father always compares him to his brother. It's easy to infer that he has had no set way to express his emotions. He is portrayed as a bad kid for no reason, other than struggling in a class, with no support for himself. To portray a kid who just needs some help and somebody to talk to as a villain, is wrong.

You can tell that the grandpa was so worried about how the family was put together that he nearly had a lethal reaction to how falken apart his family was. This grandpa is the definition of a leader. You can tell he was still heartbroken about his wife being dead. His family still treated the first holiday without the grandma like garbage. This grandpa is truly a person who has gone through something like this. The grandpa was my favorite character in this video, he tried to keep peace between his family and they were able to have a successful redo of having Thanksgiving diner. Thanksgiving is supposed to be about being thankful and spending time with family. I think The 3 Cs compromising, comparing and never comparing are things that every family needs to remember around both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thank you Dhar.

Always be thankful for what you have, from your family, to a roof over your head, and food and water on your table. This was an incredible story. This family was able to go from basically arguing every single second of every single day, to actually setting their differences aside and being thankful for the differences that they did have. I love this episode. The world would definitely be a better place if there was more compromising, cooperation, and less comparison from everything to everyone.
