Over a span of 10 jears, assuming a constant output current of 800uA @ 1.75V (he said the 1.2mA short-circuit-current would damage the cells), one of these plates puts out 534kJ of energy, while a standard Alkaline AA batery puts out over 9kJ. Make that a D-cell and you got yourself 75kJ already. In the end it all comes down to cost efficiency and application type. Though I could see this technology being useful inside weather stations with long battery life/tv remotes.

Interesting stuff, but measuring the voltage and current under load would be a lot better than measuring rpm. Even better - a graph of current/voltage under different loads.

Why are you not using these cells to there full potential? Why not use the cells connected in series to power a hertz frequency module in the middle of the cells to generate a vibrational bubble to hit the sweet spot of each graphite power cell to boost their outputs then have mini vacuum spark gaps in key locations to amp up the power being generated? Could you not then rewire a drum motor into a generator and use magnetic bearings to generate high frequency electrity to power other devices?

Would it be possible to roll these graphite power cells like how super capacitors are made and place them around an electric motor so that the rotating electromagnetic field caused the cells to generate electricity that could build up and then fed back to the electric motor to operate it? Or even use a small rewired drum motor generator with a vacuum spark gap to generate high frequency electricity to operate the electric motor producing a Hertz resonance field that caused the graphite crystal structures to generate electricity which powered the drum motor generator? Would this work?

Can these graphite power cells be made shaped like arches and placed in cylinders and connected in series with a rewired drum motor generator with a large spark gap that produced a resonance bubble that super activated the graphite power cells to generate steady electrical current to operate the drum motor generator? Then cover the inside of the space blanket with a soft fabric treated with ever dry and the out side of the blanket with a stop rip fabric treated with ever dry has well for a state of the art emergency survival blanket? or even an insert to be used inside a emergency tent? A smaller version could be used to power all sorts of electrical vehicles could it not? A super conducting high energy loop transmitted between two tesla coils with a spark gap generating a resonance bubble with zero energy loss between coils A and B that passed through vacuum spark gap to produce vibrational bubble that energized those solid state graphite power cells would not be a non mechincal power generator? Your little pulse generator spins refined crystal structures in order to produce vibration of crystal structures to generate electrical charge correct?

Pop a few power cells in another component and you could operate a larger generator to power a recreational vehicle and its air conditioning unit and other devices an electric vehicle and a electric motorcycle or an electric aircraft? @zephirawt4997
@zephirawt4997 7 жыл бұрын
That means, each cell is composed of graphite plate stacked with some alloy (plus some SiC/polymer separator)? It would create galvanic cell and the output current comes just from this "internal staining", i.e. the corrosion and gradual degradation of alloy plate. Have you tested, that your device is nothing more than air depolarized battery?
@PMMG4HYBRID
@PMMG4HYBRID 7 жыл бұрын
J Sullivan - The key is to tailor a cell or cells to a specific load whereby the cells do not decline over weeks, then months of 24/7 operation of the load. You'll know in a couple of weeks or less if it's not enough, and if it's overkill, so be it. Only a constant dead short or a continuous oversized load will damage or possibly kill a cell.
@PMMG4HYBRID
@PMMG4HYBRID 7 жыл бұрын
Zephir AWT - Each cell is sealed from oxygen and zinc is not being used. Some of those air depolarized batteries are actually very good for energy density, stability and longevity other than a paste that must be changed in some.

@rw6783

From my understanding. He has built a lithium battery with Silicon-graphite composite electrodes (or something very similar). It uses the reaction between lithium salts and silicon to create charge differences. The Graphite serves as an anode (and cathode in this case). The biggest problem with these types of power cells is that the lithium salts will eventually create a coating on the electrodes called the solid electrolyte interface layer (SEI). However, the continual expansion of the silicon due to the lithium reaction continually cracks this layer to maintain contact with the electrodes. This process eventually renders the cell useless. In one of his videos he mentions the fact that he is putting some type of membrane inside his cells. I suspect this is some type of nanofiber (probably kevlar) used to prevent the expanding electrolytes in the middle of the cell from penetrating the pores of the carbon (and breaking down the cell). Anyways. This type of thing has been around for a while. The chinese are messing with it, and are the ones that actually invented this type of battery (or at any rate have the most patents on it). Sure this guy is very good at making them, as all his stuff is extremely well crafted; but he didn't invent the concept. If you would like to learn more about this stuff go to wikipedia for a simple explanation. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium%E2%80%93silicon_battery en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Research_in_lithium-ion_batteries#Silicon.2Fcarbon_composite Also to answer your other question. The "energy" comes from a chemical reaction just like a AA battery. The reaction will eventually stop and the cell will be dead.

A magnet is made up of crystal structures being vibrated at different frequencies that generate a north and south pole of magnetic force or crystal vibration force? If the crystals in the magnet csuse this vibratory reaction then could not tesla coils designed to pick up and energize a vacuum spark gap to generate a hetz frequency bubble that can vibrate your solid state power cells to optimize their electrical current generation above the earths static resonance field? This would be far better then your pulse generator correct? I have a Chinese firm interested in a design in a higher level of crystal power cell electrical generation could i run it by you and get your thoughts on it? Since it is your field of study correct? : )

I wonder if graphite airogel compressed and rolled like hoe super capacitors are made and sealed in donuts and placed in aluminum rims with copper pancake coils for wireless energy transfer would work for electric motorcycles and other vehicles? Then have a a layer of those electrical charge generators that generate a charge through compression around the outside of the rim with a foam tread layer over that layer to trickle feed electricity to the graphite airogel power cells in the rims that supply electricity to the electric motors. Your a scientific individual would this concept work? A body in motion tends to stay in motion so why design electric vehicles that you have to recharge? Hay you could incorporate your graphite power cells has power banks that switch to a full power bank has the other recharged if super conducting energy loops are not being used to power all the electric motors. Could all this work?

You could call a company new utility technology zenith. Nutz! Then make different size power generation spheres out of graphite airogel and these graphite panels. Company slogan, if you don't have nutz then you don't have the power balls to get the job done! Just design power generating spheres with copper pancake coils for wireless energy transfer. Make power spheres from baseball size to beach ball size or larger depending on what is being powered. I am a retired Chemical Engineer. My career spanned research, process Engineering and process control. After reading many comments from the "Scientific Nay-Sayers" about what this device is (and is not), I feel the need to interject. What is your definition of perpetual motion? It is probably very different from mine. My practical definition of perpetual motion is getting something for practically nothing. I had a dive watch back in the 80's that reminded itself based on wrist movement. As long as I wore it ever few days, it maintained the time flawlessly. The second such device I owned was a TimeX watch that ran for 5 years on a single battery. Until the image disappeared and I had to replace the 2032 battery, it gave me a accurate time without doing anything to it. The watch cost me $38 in 2002, the battery cost me $2 in 2007, if I looked at the time or used some other function on it 10 times per day, it cost me 0.1 cents per day to use it. If this guy has a product that will recharge cell phones, tablets and other 5 volt electronics for years without ever being connected to an outside power source, then that meets my practical definition of a perpetual motion machine. What does any one else think!! Now where can I buy his "Black Box device".

Lets destroy your world for a second . A perpetually selfcharging battery has been on display ( now not for insurance reasons ) in Bucarest Roumania for many decades .. made by Vasilou Karpen around 1920 .. Patent 1924 or 6 easily found even easier to replicate . The Motor had to be replaced .... NEVER anything else ! In a Nutshell If I piss in a Bucket & put say carbon & Zinc I will get 1 Volt ...... 4 EVER & EVER & EVER Is that perpetual enough for you . From NOTHING , no heating ( let the pee cool down ) thats that . So it's over 100 years old and what did you know about it ? Tested by French scientist on multiple occasions all corroberating the results
