Rooney would play football in a dark room, He is football crazy, he just wants to constantly play and every single match is competitive to him. I can assure you doing what he done in this DC moment, the run, the sliding tackle and the long pass means a lot more to him than a goal. In one season he scored 26-30 goals for Man United and his reply: “i didn’t really enjoy that season playing as a striker because i wasn’t contributing much, i was waiting for the ball when playing as a striker and that’s not me” What a Player !
