Alex is such a great competitor and role model for other women to get into the sport. I love seeing her out there always running at the top of the class, giving the other big dogs some serious competition breathing down their necks. And it's always heartwarming to see her father right alongside her doing everything they can to make that car haul the mail.

Tom and Steve are an AMAZING team!... I am so grateful to be able to see Tom and Steve's vlogs behind the scenes. One of the few upsides of the internet.

Didnt you guys make some changes to the fuel system plumbing before the race started? Something was changed so it didnt backflow the filter, some lines were capped and redirected? Were they all drained/flushed? Maybe a line that was prefilter is now post filter and it had some sh!t in it...

When I saw the silver specks in the fuel a couple days ago, I thought then that it couldn't be good going through the injectors. I'd bet the pump is grinding itself apart inside! If it gets swapped out, I'd like to see what it looks like inside! Good luck Steve and Tom!

Re the Javelin,, I have been a fan of that hotrod since I first saw it a couple or more years ago. It's just too cool - - and FAST AF! We were soooo happy that after wrecking it so badly, saying he was done with it,, he then (after a bunch of support from family and friends) decided to rebuild it and bring it back better than it was. It ran a pretty decent pass, he said it was their fastest (not their quickest) to date but the door kin separates from the car. We wish him all the best for this and all the other drive and drag events he chooses to do. Personally I'd like to see that hotrod take the title of QUICKEST Door Car from our friend Tom. We do love our Tom and aren't wishing him any bad luck at all,, but it bee cool IF the Javelin snagged that title - for at least a little while - then see Tom come back and retake that crown :)
