Siddhanath Gorakshanath Mantra
"Spiritual connection is the deepest connection. Raksha Raksha Siddhanatha within the seed is the Light; within the Light is Shiva, with which Gurunath is One."
- Yogiraj Siddhanath
This technique is originally developed by Sr. Kriyavan Kriyāchārya Shivraj Ji as a honour and worship to his SatGuru, Yog~Martand Yogiraj Siddhanath.
This technique is done on the following three chakras.
The Navel Center (Manipur Chakra) for the Connection of the Physical, Mental & Emotional Bodies with the Divine Presence (The Master)
The Heart Center (Anahad~Chakra) for the Connection of the Astral Body with the Divine Presence (The Master)
Third-Eye Center (Ādnyā~Chakra), for the Connection of the Causal body with the Divine Presence (The Master)

I don’t share my spiritual experiences anymore but I gatta share this one, I was making this mudra near the heart spot naturally and unknowingly while sometimes especially sitting to do the Kriya, I never knew why. I was like Yogiraj teaches this mudra over the head in Siddhanath Surya Yoga why am I making this near the chest? Then I ignored it. Now I know why😭❤️🙏🏽 I’m receiving direct transmissions I guess❤️🧘🏽‍♂️🙏🏽 Jai Gurunath🙏🏽

It is called the "Guru Shishya" mudra because it represents the dynamic of the Master/disciple relationship. The index finger is called the "Guru" finger and the thumb is the "Shishya" or disciple digit. The energy comes down from the Divine thru the Guru finger into the disciple finger (thumb), which is placed on the head during Surya, forming the temple of humanity. The mudra is also placed at different chakras during cetain techniques ॐ

Simply focus all of your attention at the Shivanetra and chant it mentally from there. Then focus on your anahat and chant it from there and then from you Manipur and repeat 3 times ॐॐॐ
