Sandeep ji, Thanks to you and your team. Very clear instructions and alignment tips. Couple of questions ? - 1. Should the knee come parallel to the floor? 2. As you lengthen the spine, should you slightly bend back and look up? Please let us know. Also, what muscles are stretched, please advise.

For 1st ,it's totally depending the strength of leg and flexibility. For 2nd ,yes have to take little backbend.

Namaste Vipinji. Thank you for watching my video.. just focus on breathing.. deep yogic breathing as you are holding it. synchronise is possible when you are doing vinyasa flow. hope I have answered your question. Namaste
