1.Angle pin and slider combined core pulling mechanism-1
During the mold opening process, the inclined pin first drives the inner slider to move a certain distance. The slant slider was twitched during this process. Complete the core pulling of the small side recess of the plastic part. At the same time, the stop pin is withdrawn from the outer slider. Thereafter, under the action of the horizontal pin, the outer slider is driven to complete all core pulling operations. The outer slider and the inner slider are reset by oblique pins, and the wedge is locked.
2.Angle pin and slider combined core pulling mechanism-2
During the mold opening process, the slider moves under the drive of the angle pin. Due to the limitation of the spring and plastic parts, the core pulling of the inclined slider is completed first. When the limit screw stops, the angle pin drives the side slider and the oblique slider to complete all core pulling. When resetting, the step of the inclined slider is pressed against the stopper to complete the reset action of the inclined slider.
3.Combination core pulling mechanism of angle pin and ejector pin.
Because the inner cavity of the product is deep, in order to avoid too long core pulling, so that the mold structure is more compact. This structure first enables the slider to pull the core for a short distance under the action of the inclined pin. Eliminate the tightening force of the opposite core of the plastic part. Then use the push rod to rotate the side core around the shaft when ejecting. The plastic part is detached from the side core, which achieves the purpose of long-distance core pulling.
4.Combined core pulling mechanism of square dowel and connecting rod.
The slider can slide in the arc groove, and its front end is an arc core. Both ends of the connecting rod are connected with the slider by cylindrical pins. During the mold opening process, the square dowel drives the slider to pull the core. And through the connecting rod to drive the slider for arc movement, at the same time complete the core and the core pulling of the slider.
5.Combined core pulling mechanism of square dowel and hydraulic pressure
During the mold opening process, the square dowel drives the inner slider. Finish the concave core of the plastic part. Continue to open the mold, and the slider is driven by the hydraulic core pulling device. As a result, the core is pulled out, and the mold is further opened, and the plastic part is ejected and dropped off.
6.Combined structure of gear rack and triangular pendulum block.
The guide plate is fixed on the fixed density, and the guide chute on the guide plate is determined according to the core pulling distance. The triangular pendulum acts as a lever. One point is fixed on the movable mold support, one point is connected to the rack with an oblong hole, and the other point slides in the guide slot of the guide plate to move the rack into the mold. The core is pulled out of the plastic part by the rotation of the gear.
7.Hydraulic and square dowel core pulling mechanism.
Before the mold is opened, the hydraulic device drives the core to loosen it. At this time, the clamping force of the plastic part to the core is eliminated, and the product is left in the movable mold, and then the product is ejected.
8. Discontinuous inner core of movable block.
During the ejection process, the pusher pushes the pusher plate, so that the slider is moved to both sides to complete the core pulling, and at the same time eject the plastic part.
9. Push-out type inclined core pulling mechanism.
The inner concave of the product is formed by the slider. During the ejection process, the push rod pushes the movable template in the ejection direction. At the same time, the slider moves inward under the action of the inclined surface of the inclined plate to complete the inner core pulling.
10. Spring core wedge core pulling mechanism.
The slider slides in the slider seat. After opening the mold, spring the template under the action of the spring until the limit screw stops. In this process, the slant of the wedge rod slides the slider to complete the core pulling. The spring is used to control the open position of the slider. When the mold is closed, the slider is pushed to the closed position by the straight surface of the wedge and locked.
11. Hinged oblique core pulling mechanism.
During ejection, the pusher pushes the pusher plate to move the inclined block to both sides to complete the core pulling, and at the same time eject the plastic part.
12. Pendulum core pulling mechanism.
During ejection, the push rod pushes the movable template. At the same time, the cylindrical pin swings the pendulum block during the sliding along the chute of the pendulum block. Finish the beveling of the inner wall of the product. And ejected the plastic parts.
