I think where they could go for a "season 2" is discovering Chalice's origins, maybe connecting to the DLC material. And even some more with Elder Kettle's War backstory, and I guess showing how he came to be Cuphead and Mugman's guardian. And heck there are still a lot of the bosses the show wasn't able to have in this set of "seasons" and they could still do the whole "soul contract" thing. So much potential still lies in this wonderful show and I'm along with so many others that they renew it!

Hilariously the series ENDS with Cuphead going to The Devil's Casino....... because the Series is more or less a Prequel to the Game.

Honestly by the end of the Bon Bon episode Netflix shoulda realized, "Ya know, maybe this show wasn't designed to be constantly binged and then forgotten."

I'm pretty sure that this whole series was just meant to be a prequel to the game. And honestly I'm fine with them ending the series right there. Sad as it may seem, all shows have to have that final curtain before it grows stale. I mean look at the Toy Story franchise, first film great, second film even better, they pushed their luck with a third film but that turned out great too.....then came Toy Story 4....I'd rather pretend that that one didn't exist. And lets not get into the Buzz Lightyear film....

As someone who really liked the game's vibe and humor, the show captures so little of it to really interest me. It's fine, but watching it I just wished I was watching Old Looney Tunes instead lol.

Only seen edgerunners. It's great.
