Sometimes players do have good fundamentals but lack something else (like having very good neutral, reads, reaction, etc not being able to punish very well). Even if you can argue that if he has a weakness he doesn't deserves that rank (which fair enough), some players might put a real fight with players who play more into their strengths. For example the plat here did astonishingly good against his opponent and I think in a couple of matches he might win a few of them. But I do agree people really have to be well rounded to achieve their final goals and that does make them a better player overall.

having a lev 25 in silver is wild honestly same with gold when i hit plat my main was artemis i was lev 18 but i did use wu Shang sometimes i think i was maybe lev 12 but that was 8 months ago so idk i think i can hit diamond by the one year mark peak 1800 rn got 4 months to get there 💀prolly gunna be hard stuck plat

Ahh but see, lance is a fast track through silver/gold.. honestly why I think it’s the best first weapon.. gets you into plat faster so you can learn better movement/options.. then you just keep refining basics and boom Valhallan however many seasons later

1850 but I feel like I deserve Diamond. My pc has keystack issues so it can’t stack more than 2 keys at once. Making me unable to pivot, dash jump and gravity cancel attack. But when I play on my friends pc, I beat Diamond players regularly. But I also get destroyed by the 2150 and above.

I feel like I could be right on plat. Like not even low plat or mid plat, just right on the dot plat. I’m a silver, but I have beaten a couple plats in ranked and experimental… so idk. Maybe just tier one plat or just hitting plat.

Tbh idk what rank I am. I'm a gold, but i beat plats most of the time and I feel like sometimes I do play like around plat level if that makes sense? But for some reason I'm just.. stuck in the middle. Like one day I play good and the next I play bad. I've been playing so bad recently to the point where I'm ranking down so much I'm gonna go back to sliver rank bruh. Idk what to do, I have fin, practice a ton and still I lose but again I still beat plats as well. Isk how to explain it but that's how much I can break it down.

if you cant get out of gold, play val shes a free ticket to diamond imo, i was gold quite a few seasons ago now im at 1935, I hardly play ranked so the improvement might've just been during the gap since i last played ranked, but i main scythe and guns so nix, but val is insanely free, her sigs are good, stats are amazing imo and sword and gauntlets are the biggest counter to just about anything if you keep pressure, stg any average gold can easily get low plat if they use her

Im in low plat but I think I deserve high plat but I’m not sure about diamond. I’ve beat diamonds before and a vallhallan once but I can’t do it consistently
