What I loved most of about your guys’ reaction was that you enjoyed the game and celebrated the skill without hating on the less skilled players (goalies did kinda suck tbf tho), I’ve seen some people treating this game too seriously like it wasn’t a charity match. Just an overall great video and great vibes

the sidemenfc goalkeeper was obese and lost 150 lb, and yt all stars keeper has autism. and tbh if the goalkeepers were better there would be less action and thus a little boring, it was a smart desision and lets not forget they raised more than a million pound of charity

A good example of the offside rule is @3:55. Vik waited for the ball to be played into him while he was still behind the last defender making his goal legitimate. Speed was ahead of the last defender when the ball was played to him making him offside.

At the moment where the ball is being played You cant be the closest one to the opponents goal if you are that means you are offside, thats why speeds goal didn't count. This rule exists so players dont just stay infront of the goal and wait for long passes (its impossible for defenders to get back in time which is unfair) the referee that is holding the flag is a linesman his job is to see if players are onside when receiving the ball. So offside doesnt mean "off the side" you can score from the goalpost's thats normal 😂👍🏻

When a teammate releases a pass to you and you are in the opponent's half-court, there must be at least two players between you and the opposite team's net for you not to be offside. Generally, it's the goalkeeper and another player.

The best thing about vikk's goal was that he had to stay on side and follow the last defender and the ball, and scored it last minute. Very hard to pull off.

Simon is naturally gifted at football… excuse me, soccer, but never really developed it as you need to be of a really really young age to play at a professional level, get into academies etc. He instead focused on his academics, became a cameraman for JJ and from there started his own channel. Watching him play "soccer" is beautiful, it's rare looking at pure gifted skills in action. Like Usain Bolt and athletics or Shaq at basketball.

Offsides is when someone makes a pass to speed, he can’t be ahead of the last defender. So when his teammate passed to him the play was dead before he scored.

Offside rule, a pass to a player can’t happen if the player is behind the line/last defender so the player can’t stand by the goal and a pass be played to them ect

If you are past the last defender of the opposing team when the ball is passed to you by your teammate, you are offside. It would have counted if he was onside or if he was past the last defender but the opposing team mistakingly played the ball into him.

Being a goalkeeper is way harder than you think. These guys are complete amateurs and have never played in front of a crowd like that. Also you are completely wrong about the offside rule. The offside rule is that a pass can not be played towards a player ahead of the oppositions last defender. Speed was ahead of the black teams last defender when the ball was played to him therefore he is offside. Nothing to do with goal posts or the side of the net, if the ball hits the post or side of the net and goes in that it is a really good goal!

She hasnt a notion of what shes on about...offside - the forward plqyers cannot be between the opposing goalkeeper and defenders. Speed was gone past the last line of defenders before the ball was kicked and as such is offside. Nothing to do with ball hitting post first (lol) love the reaction tho

To NOT be offside you need at least 2 players from the other team to be ahead of you when the launch/pass is made. Speed only had one opponent ahead of him (in that case, the goalkeeper), so that's why it didn't count. (curiosity side note: the keeper is not special in that situation, you need 2 players in front of you regardless of the position they play)
