My own personal training routine that I recommend to players of all ranks. Helps to warm up & improve every single important skill in the game; particularly useful for 1v1s players.

i have not played sideswipe for like a week due to studies and this will help me get back in form i also practice in the hoops arena sometimes becoz of the kickoff and u can get the ball in the air i hope they add like custom practice modes like in rl where u can simulate various senarios

Ye like how in RL you have training packs. Would be cool of they had training packs for aerial shots, redirects, heatseeker saves, counters, etc

U can attack faster if instead doing the “trap” do a sideways flip reset near the ground. You can even take advantage of the opponents position and gold shot it right away

Bro I'm a noob (peak was plat 2 and i only started like a month ago so idk how to be titlted like Pisa) and in freeplay, I did the type of sabe where you jump over the ball on your backboard, and then i did a speed into a PERFECT gold shot. I was so happy, since I can rarely do gold shots

i dont rly use traps what i do is i hit the ball slightly forward and up and go up with the ball to then put pressure on my opponent

Mogz can you show in a video your in game settings ? I can’t do the purple flicks for example correctly cuz I have always to double tap the joystick and that’s hard

for the trap i would just launch the ball up to my goal then flip it to the opponents goal so i fake them. for me it works a lot and im gold

There should be a boost called "power shot" that you can equip

@@marscat6470 wow I can’t believe it’s something so simple. I was definitely over thinking it, I kept trying to keep the lead for the entire match then at the very end purple/gold shot for a goal as time ran out. Thank you for your help! Saved me many headaches to come lol

record yourself playing a match, and then watch the video and analyse your gameplay. Identify your mistakes. Then try not to make the same mistakes in the future.

controller isn't necessary for ANY mechanics in sideswipe. All can be done on touch.

@@sharvilgupte2246 iv been playing sideswipe since november 2021. Depends on your definition of "mastered" tbh... i wouldnt say I've mastered any of them really.
