This is Siegfried & Roy's former estate just about a mile south of our house. I think that is their lion habitat on the north (right) side of their property. I'm not sure who lives there now, but there water bill is probably as much as both my mortgages.

They still own it and this is where they spend most of their time now even though they also have another compound across the street from the Las Vegas Golf Club. The building on right is a warehouse that stores old stage props.

Are you sure? I thought they first lived north of the golf area and then moved to this larger area? Do you know more?

@Don The Juizer I work right near there. It's a beautiful property. They bought it way back when it was in the middle of nowhere.

This wasn't their main home. This estate was added later but I can't tell you why. They originally lived off Rancho. They had the best Christmas parties back in the 90's.

Sadly, Roy passed away on May 8, 2020 at the age of 75 due to Covid-19 complications and 8 months later, Siegfried died on January 13, 2021 at the age of 81 due to pancreatic cancer
