F01665 & F30665 - System Is defective - fault. Solution - reboot once. Check ✅ Later. Upgrade the firmware to later version

In the line the 24v and 0v got short, so the simens plc gone into error mode and plc was turning on and off again and again so the communication error was showing in the drive. Solved the problem👍
