THANK YOU! You should have been hired to write the instructions for this game. After reading the instructions which leaves a lot out, we were totally confused. Your video cleared many things us and has allowed us to actually play the game!

Thanks for yet another excellent playthrough; I'll be teaching each of the modules at a local Western-themed Con in the autumn, so it's great that my favourite channels are each featuring a different one! With the deer trapping being mandatory, it's unfortunate they chose to put a white border around the animal on the tile. That's something I'm either going to forget or constantly need to correct when teaching.

Man, that was a lot closer than I thought it was gonna be. Thought we were running away with it with all those trapper actions. So cool that the game has various modules. If you do give those other modules a try, can you add them into the impressions vid?

I was surprised too, the trapper engine we had seemed like it would dominate our opponent but they got their points in other ways it seems. I may cover the other modules in my impressions wrap up, I normally wouldn't but these do change the game a good bit. I can't commit to it, but I'll try to keep it in mind.

@@JonGetsGames +1 to covering the different modules even briefly in your impressions, it'd be nice to know how they stack up against each other and what your favorite ends but being. It looks like an interesting game overall, I'd say it's a regular euro but the kinda "freeform" nature of the turn where you get to decide which meeple to move every time is kinda interesting and new, I'd like to try this game if I get the chance but I don't think it warrants a buy full price just yet.

Have you played this with other players? It seems weird that each player's turn has so many actions. I can see the downtime between turns being a major drag.

I have played this with others twice, and each of those were 4 player games. I think they were both around 90 minutes total and there was a bit of downtime but I don't remember it bothering me since I had so much to consider while planning out my next turn.

You dont have to expect the entire turn to start planning yours. Instead, when the other players are doing their actions, you can setup your own card to your next turn and prepare the workers. Also, you always can do the "off" actions in other players turns.
