I just bought this gun, and I absolutely love it. As a smaller woman, it fits me perfectly. I comfortably fit 3 fingers on it and the shorter trigger distance is great for my shorter fingers. Being my first micro, I couldn't believe how accurate I was with it. I'm better with it than I've ever been with my larger 9mm, maybe because it fits my hand better. The micro size also makes it so much easier to conceal. I've had been test driving the Sig P238 and P938 for some time, but the 11 round capacity and the sleek sight finally sold me on this one. They've managed to make a double stack mag doesn't widen the grip so it fits my small hands perfectly. Highly recommend for the ladies out there.

I love my SAS. As a close range, EDC self defense weapon, I don't need sights. I like the clean look and the fact there's nothing to catch on as I draw from a pocket holster. It's perfect for my needs and shoots great! Great review.

Great review!! I got large hands also and tried one at Sportsman’s and I liked it. I was more concerned about the cleaning and sight system, but than again it’s not for long distance shooting. It’s on sale May 20, ‘22 at Sportsman’s and I’m getting one. Thanks for the video!

i have this pistol.. really like it although I did have to put a flat trigger in as I have long skinny fingers, they curved trigger tore the pad of my finger up some.. I love the size of it. The sight are fantastic as long as your lighting conditions are great. They are somewhat hard to find in lower lighting or dark conditions and I feel if Meprolight would increase the tritium level in these sites that could resolve that easily. Great pistol all in all..

Yikes, that thing looks like an LC9 had a torrid affair with my P365! Owning and having shot a *ridiculous* amount of ammo through this (the first 400 rnds were Winchester 124gr NATO ammo) I can say that with the X-Ray sights, which can be surprisingly accurate beyond the 7yrd mark, and the 12rnd mags, this has become my favorite carry gun, and the only subcompact I’ve owned in 18yrs or carrying concealed. It is such a perfect size/weight, that I have to double check sometimes to see if it’s still there! I HATE that they ruined the P365 with this model, and the. P365L....or XL....whatever it is. The original (sans striker fire issues of course) would have been incredible on its own. Again, this is the ONLY subcompact I have even been able to shoot comfortably, with my gorilla-sized hands! Thanks for another great and thorough tabletop Graham 😁👍🏽

My hands are a bit smaller, so I can get a two finger grip quite easily on the flush fit plate magazine. The 12 round magazines give me an excellent full three finger grip. I'm not a fan of the porting, so I dropped in a standard P365 barrel. I was tempted to get a threaded barrel as well, but I don't have a 9x19mm can with booster and Form-4 processing time is very lengthy. The cans aren't cheap either. Too bad because this thing would be very James Bond. It's a bit smaller and lighter than the PPK with more punch. The balance isn't quite as good because all the weight is at the top. It would be nice if different color grip modules were available. Pulling out the chassis is very easy and getting it back in is even easier.

I have the 365-9-SAS which comes without slide ports. You can see this on Sig's site at www.sigsauer.com/store/p365-sas.html. However, there is only one photo of this version without ports in the photo carousel and it is the 4th item in the carousel. I'm really liking mine as I have astigmatism and the sights are easier for me to use and be accurate.

Wish they would make a version of this with the regular take down lever and slide release as they are really never the cause of snags and I really love the sights as it’s what I always put on glocks.. it takes time to learn it but you can shoot just as accurate with the these sights as regular ones as the dot itself is actually smaller then the smallest front sight you can get. It’s worth it to practice point shooting accuracy as it carry’s over to almost all other platforms lol.

I love my P365's, but honestly, this gun baffles me. As someone that utilizes holsters, I don't understand the overemphasis on being "snag free". I don't use holsters that cause my guns to snag when drawing. I have pistols with suppressor height sights; and even they have never gotten snagged during presentation. The X-Ray sights on the original P365 are highly visible and plenty fast enough for CQB; and you can do some mid-range target shooting as well. As cool and innovative as it is, I have too many handguns to bother with retraining myself to use the bullseye sighting system on this gun. I'm an experienced shooter, so ports represent far more problems than solutions for me. The final nails in the coffin for me, are the recessed controls. One of the signature benefits of Sig pistols is their ease of disassembly. I don't like needing to use a tool, device or other objects, in order to field strip a gun; especially a carry gun. There's obviously an audience for this gun, so I appreciate Sig producing a P365 for them. I'm good with the original; and look forward to putting the XL version into my carry rotation.

Almost made the mistake of buying the SAS. I always research before I buy guns .... not this time around. The sales pitch was so good I put money on it and started the paperwork. I went home and watched videos to find out that the sights were difficult to acquire. No thanks, not for me. I went back the next business day and switched to the P365X. I had to pay a $35 restocking fee. No problem, I saved myself making a big mistake. I would rather pay that than have a gun in a safe I didn't use. Happy with the X.

There can be more differences between bullets than you will lose with porting. What I mean is if you chronograph 10 bullets from the same box you could see as much as 50 fps between them. I found the loss after having a porting job done on a g26 to be an average of 30 fps.

I recently bought this and your review is spot on. Only thing is, the sight is also tritium, along with the fiber optic...the tritium is pretty dim though, compared to regular night sights. I struggled with accuracy at distance. Couldn't hit much at 45 yards...but from 25 yards and less its fine. BTW - I did shoot it with my brother-in-law's regular, non-ported 365 barrel and it cycled just fine, if anyone was passing on it due to just the barrel.

Do NOT BUY THIS PISTOL!! We need to have firearms that operate with accuracy and Sig Sauer will not stand behind the faulty sights on this firearm!! This is an expensive gun which performs poorly in terms of accuracy. Sig Sauer and others will tell you that this firearm is not designed for accuracy, BUT do you really want to have any doubts in the case of a real defense situation?? At only 12 feet distance, after Sig Sauer adjusted the sights in their factory, the sights still will not allow you to hit any part of a 3" circle (indoor tightly controlled environment, exceptional shooters). Unfortunately, every piece is probably different and not worth the investment. Sig Sauer does not even offer a Users manual for the SAS...they sent a P365 manual with a new SAS. So the manual does not address proper breakdown or the unique and inaccurate sights!! This is not a company who cares about quality experience!

Have you seen our shooting Impressions? We shot those groups at 21 feet. We also hit an ABC-zone target from 75 feet without issue. I think maybe you don't understand how to use the sights.

@@GBGuns We definitely understand the sights! The top pro at my shooting range, my brother and I shot consistently high. The pro put 4 rounds through the same hole! Your message highlights the manufacturing inconsistencies Sig Sauer refuses to acknowledge. Thank you!

I feel as if you're not adjusted to theese sights. Ive owned tgis gun for 8 months now. Put well over 1500 rounds through it and i seldomly miss a 3" from 25 or shorter. The gun was designed to be a pocket carry pull and shoot for upclose situations. It does just that. Within 25yrds after dome practoce my target acquisition with this meprolight bullseye is about .6 seconds quicker then with a standard p365 sight. If you're buying ot to go have fun on the range then you purchased it for the wrong reasons. This gun is intended to be carried and you want to hope you never have to use it.

@@joshuawright9827 agree but if this gun is for just that reason then it shouldn't cost that much. Is really pricey for just carry. for that I'll just get a more accurate and cheaper 380 gun. I hate to admit it but the Glock 42 is a better carry gun. less capacity but surprisingly more accurate and comfortable gun
