Whats up Fishing Fam! I hit the granite jetty rocks in search of some redfish as the mullet run has kicked off meeting up with ‪@MattsSaltwaterFishing‬ . big mistake, I forgot my cast net, however I was blessed and didn't need bait at all the reds were hungry and schooled up along the rocks making sight casting with a lure ez. went home after and cooked some up

Thank you🙏 yes so the korkers shoes have been amazing, light comfortable, and you can take em anywhere. lol😅🤙 Yes, I do, just I prefer the Sandler price better. However, the extra money spent was worth it for sure💯🤙

Thank you 💯 yes so they are called korkers.. the style is all axis all terrain shoe. I selected the carbide spikes for a alternative bottom

Been coming down from the Austin area to them jetties and surrounding areas, had a huuuge speckle at the very end of them jetties, after a giant feeding frenzy of pogies were there, but I really want to go down for some tarpon during the mullet run, are they running yet? Might go down there in November

I love when those bait fish are by the rocks. Most of the time, some big trout n reds won't be far behind ... The Tarpon are definitely running the surf already 🤙
