Dude, this is spot on. Sometimes it's hard not to be aggressive with people, especially when they question your strength and start to think they can dominate you. But at the end of the day, they've only truly won when they've successfully shifted your emotions. You're just validating whatever they're saying by getting upset. Not to say some situations don't require an aggressive response, but those are rare

I couldn’t agree more about number 5 treating enemies well. Abraham Lincoln said “Do I not destroy my enemies when I make them my friends? Yeap... 1) You have to be patient and understanding, because people don't know that they are swimming in a "mental cesspool" (they were told that this is "normal"). We need to raise awareness one by one. 2) Avoid extremely stupid/toxic ones, because it will only result in "barking" (it's waste of time and energy) BR
