My L4, L5, L5 S1 has symptons last Nov 2023. I was sleeping and then suddently severe pain from right back waist down to my legs and feet. This maybe as a result of a fall. In MRI I was diagnosed Spondylolisthesis Stage 2. Also it appears that my L3, L4 slipped and diagnosed to be Spondylolisthesis Stage 1. But my L3 L4 has no symptoms yet. But I have viewed several exercises from PT Doctors for L4, L5, L5 S1 and L3 L4 slipped disks.

Question about the MRI. Have you ordered it because she wasn't responding to conservative treatment, or are you ordering it before conservative treatment?

I've had a l5s1 that hasn't gone away for 3 years what causes herniation to never recover. I'm 29 wtf... thanks doc

Some people will not absorb the disc material.

I notice that you immediately sent her out for imaging. Is this a patient that you have been seeing that has not shown improvement or are you recommending imaging from the evaluation? Thanks!

95% of radiculopathy patients get treated in PT in our clinic. Not this case. I’ve seen hundreds of patients like this. Unfortunately, I’ve seen too many from other PT’s or chiropractors who hold onto them too long and end up with permanent weakness and disability. I also work with an excellent group of neurosurgeons and we see great results.
