Please explain to me Sonia, how this much vaunted knowledge that we're "all One with each other and the Universe" is such a liberating feeling ? I don't see how it's such a big deal. We still have to live our everyday lives the same as we normally HAVE to do. Knowing I'm One with everything won't stop me being fired if I don't turn up for work. Won't grow a limbless person a new leg so he can run the marathon he's ;always wanted to participate in e.t.c.

@@gribwitch at the minimum it reflects that what we do doesn’t affect only us. We affect one another. We share the earth. And as you rightly point out our behavior is our responsibility. If you don’t show up for work it hurts those who do. Unless you have arrived at that point of awareness this conversation will be meaningless to you. I lost my Kids Dad day before yesterday and after hearing that he past, I was laying down reading on top of the bed and reading and got a slap on my left foot, I looked up to see who had walked into my house, to of course see nobody, then it dawned on me it was him, say hi from over there!! It was so real!! I didn’t see him but just knew it was him!!!😇

Years ago a man I had been lovers with died after we had separated. I was at his house at his wake, and went to the kitchen to be alone. As I stood there I felt someone behind me and a loving playful hand on me. I know it was him. It felt wonderful to have that visit, and that loving moment

In 2019, I lost my dear friend in a tragic chainsaw accident. When he was on Earth, he used to say, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Two days after his transition, he came to me and said, "Well, I'm all caught up on sleep!" And I laughed out loud. Of course he would say that. Hahahahaha! Another message he gave me was that he didn't understand why his wife would lie in their bed and weep. For him, he was still there and didn't know why she was so upset. He explained that the soul doesn't know death because it doesn't die; it just transforms.

My heart is broken, my husband has been gone for 6 months, I discovered he has a girlfriend and called her to the house and packed a bag and sent him away with her. I regret that now, I’m afraid. I don’t know what I’m going to do, I miss him! In 65, we’ve been together 24 years. Our house is in the market. I’ve packed everything by myself. He ignores me. I listen to you and have hope. I had the feeling he was cheating for a long time. I need to let go and I am crying every day. Many times a day. I’m trying to get excited for the future. You help me with that, I feel very lost.

Grieving is an excellent way to put it. Not only grieving her marriage but also her expectations. They were probably retiring soon, maybe she was making plans. Grieve your expectations. I’ve experienced clairaudience in several ways. Many times I hear something in my head that feels external, but I’ve also experienced a voice I can hear that sounds like someone in the room. Neither are constant, it’s when I’m trying to solve problems and find peace. One time I was struggling with ending a relationship and the reasons to stay… I literally heard the voice of a man say “that is betrayal of self”. It was in the middle of the night while I was lying in bed, I literally sat up in bed and looked across the room from where I thought it came from. Nothing there of course.

I want to suggest something for you to do now that you released your clairaududience: Watch an EWU interrogation video. Slow it down halfway and listen for the victims voice. Yes, the deceased victim. They are very loud in these interrogation videos...I strengthened my gift this way and can hear them so much better by using it all the time. when my father passed i asked him to send me a sign he was at peace and with mum the day before the funeral i travelled 300 miles i stopped off at a local store to buy some refreshments as i was leaving the store i bumped into the nurse that had been helping with his care i was blown away as i was miles away from the hospital i knew straight away that was the sign glad to have found your channel x

I want to hug you when I see you; you’re energy is so comforting. I love your Paris story. I dream about moving to France. I am about to get divorced. I see angel numbers daily for many years, but even more lately, since I’m meditating, living in the moment, and really wanting to connect with any positive guidance. I’ve been told I came in at 5th dimension. I’ve always felt…awkward on this planet. I’ve done a lot of inner work and I’ve learned to have boundaries. I’m peaceful inside lately, no matter what’s going on around me. I hope the guidance gets clearer and stronger. I’m getting messages that I’m on the right thing path. I don’t know what comes next or how, but I know it will unfold very nicely. There’s a lot to lose here, but I feel there’s more to gain. I had clairsentience for a couple years in my teens, but it was about auto accidents and I didn’t see the point in having it since I couldn’t prevent the accidents; I shut it down. Speaking of messages: I read your comment before I'd even watched the video, and it jumped out at me as a " sign " straight away, as I've been experiencing synchronicities relating to France 🇫🇷 and all things French....they're getting more insistent by the week. No idea what I'm supposed to do as yet, as I'm certainly not in a position to travel as yet. ..and I've never been a Francophile...but I keep getting this French stuff coming up! The universe is making me obsessed with France...for reasons beyond my Ken! Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for providing me with yet another sign! Thank you, Sonia. Your wise guidance is so appreciated. I was out riding my bike today. I turned down a dead-end culdesac at the end of a park reserve and found a man just sitting on a motorcycle. I don't generally get danger, danger vibes but I did, big time. There was no one else around. I was nervous as I was getting closer to where the man sat. Suddenly I saw an older man and woman standing 15 ft behind the man, holding walking sticks, talking. I rode between them and the motorcycle and said hello to the couple with great relief. This man and woman were not there when I first turned onto the dead end. I looked at the biker and there was no one behind him. I have no doubt these were angels and those walking sticks may have been called staffs in another time. Incredible! Thank you again for all you do to help with our ascension. Kristy in Minnesota

He wasn't facing them. They were behind him and he did not seem to be aware of them, at all. When I first saw them, I thought maybe I had been mistaken and these 2 people had been on the motorcycle and were now standing, taking a stretch. No, the man was still on the motorcycle, and they were standing behind him.

I have never forgotten when Sonia suggested that before we leave our home to run errands, go to work, go to the store, pick up kids at school, etc., to send our angels out ahead of us to clear our path of any danger that may lie ahead. I wonder if you may have done that instinctively, without really realizing it, as you got on your bike to take your ride. Just a thought. Be safe and be well. ❤️🌟🙏🏼

Your question about "did the man notice the couple?" helped me realize that I never saw the man's face. I looked at him, I know he was dressed in black with dark longer hair sitting on a low riding motorcycle but I can't remember seeing a face. This realization has evolved into an intuitive knowing that he wasn't human either.

I have your oracle cards from many years ago. They are also called ask your guides and I used them just yesterday. The day after the eclipse, I was feeling so defeated, so overwhelmed, and so indignant. I didn’t know what was wrong with me. I just wanted to crawl into a dark hole and stay there. I feel a percentage of this on a daily basis but on this day it was very intense. I asked my guides for guidance through your cards. Every single time I get a direct answer. And this time is no different. I feel like I can hear my guides and they bring me so much joy and so much laughter. They remind me to lighten up all the time! Lol! This video is a /welcome/ change from the scroll of TikTok Spirituality Influencers. Yikes. That's a terrifying drawl. None of them actually say what MAKES you see that 5D is turning on. Sonia, you have put to ease a LOT of my frustration, anger, and fear with this video. I experience all 4 of those initial signs that my higher self is trying to communicate. It only really started within the last 2 years and ramped up in the last 6 months. I went through a TON of self-healing, settling karma, meditating and working on myself without medications or alcohol. It's been an incredible journey and I'm just so thankful that there's a REASON for all of these things I've been seeing, hearing, experiencing. Brings tears to my eyes. Thank you!

As I was listening to this message, which I was guided to youjust today, I was just about to start reading something on IG and out of nowhere a post flies in like a transitioing PowerPoint slide. I've never seen it do that before, but I'm also not on there much. It read "This is your sign that everything is going to work in your life..."and went on to list several areas. That was beyond cool! I loved your story about the women that attended your event. That was beautiful and I did cry. I sing that song to the actual sun when I see it. Chemtrails are thick a lot around here. Thank you for sharing your insights and information. Yesterday was not a great one and I was driving and screaming. Not AT anyone, just venting because I was alone in my car. A woman in front of me took offense and I tried not to look at her when we were side by side, but I could tell she thought it was directed at her. I feel so guilty about that. I had to get that off my chest. I wish I could find her and apologize wholeheartedly. Thank you, again! ❤

Our story is almost identical....it's so scary!! My nephew passed away in Jan 2015 then my husband passed July 2015 then my papa passed July 2016 then my uncle Eddie (dad) passed away April 2021. Boyfriend of 5 years and I decide in July of 2022 to move from south carolina all the way over to Oregon. We got here in Oct and Matthew passed away in Dec of 2022 a month after we got here. I had no license no money no nothing. I had a very very hard reset. I feel like I should have been here my whole life. I do miss my family and my 2 girls. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I'm supposed to be where I am right now. Why or when I'm not knowing....I just know my purpose is here.

Wow! I feel I was somehow meant to hear this! My beloved sister died last year and then my little dog died who I loved so much. I have felt very sad and now opening up to my guides. my mom reaches me through music. She sends me a song; I look up the lyrics and there is my message. Also, a voice in my head told me "Your nose". I was so shocked I made an immediate appt with the doctor. They could see nothing but sent me home with a cream that within days brought 5 pre-cancerous lesions to the surface, catching it very early. This is all so magical! Love to all.

I was lead to learn Reiki, I started the process. I felt the Reiki energy. But I stopped, I stopped learning further, I questioned myself for so long. I would ask myself, what is my life mission and I could hear in my mind REIKI, you need to continue Reiki. But my ego, fear of uncertainty (where can I go to practice ? Do Reiki on who, a person or pets?) I still have that inner knowing that this is what I am meant to do. I have even seen it visually in my mind, the energy in my hands. Why do I doubt? Thank you

The ego is trying to block you from ascension. Instead, you block the ego and listen to your inner heart. Btw Reiki does not have to be for others, you can reiki yourself which is a great way of clearing yourself and raising your consciousness. You can also reiki your pets if you have any. So you could pay attention to guidance from your guides and start by doing reiki on yourself and the rest will come, when its the right time they will place people in front of you in a way, like Sonia says, you'll know it's your guides and not coincidences. I was just about to sign a years lease for a rental suite in the most beautuful coastal city in Canada where I had been living for 22 years and something beyond all logic compelled me to not sign it. I woke up to someone saying my name. Another time, I woke up to someone saying divine guidance, after which, a couple of days later, I woke up to someone saying "alignment." I also had a thump on a water bottle when it was packed with water, and in a position, no one would mess with it. Im sure there are more instances I have experienced. I do wish I could hear their voice again.

I remember as a teen, when my parents, brother and little sister were going on a trip. I prayed on their safe trip the night before and the morning I awoke crying telling them not to go. I had a bad feeling and begged them not to go. They went anyway. We later heard that night that they had been in an accident, their car rolled over a hill. They were all ok, just cuts and bruises but since then, I always listen to those messages ❤

Hi Sonia I bought your book “ask your guides” (best book EVER!) after a drug overdose in my early twenties but the way the universe made me choose your book because that NDE (which more people every day are remaining conscious through lately!) put me firmly on the spiritual path and I have been clairvoyant since I came back into my body after 3 days on life support…. I was raised Catholic, in New Orleans. I had an experience when I was very young, school age, in the park. I remember talking to a man, who was comforting me. He said I would be ok and would one day understand what he was saying. It's a hazy memory but I have never forgotten it. He glowed like he was illuminated in the most beautiful light as he left. At the time, I thought he was Jesus. I want to reconnect with him more than anything ❤

Ah, thank you for your stories Sonia! Over the last few years I haven’t felt guided, even though there was a time I was Super connected! But your stories helped me to understand the scope of my connection from a different perspective. I also started learning how to read Oracle cards & that was really helpful! Over the last couple days it’s been very windy outside & as I go for a walk I sometimes close my eyes & feel the breeze on my face & I see a fleeting picture of palm trees swaying in the wind, even though I live in Tennessee. Interesting! But I never thought of it as a clairvoyant message because at the moment I wasn’t asking for guidance on anything. But I have been wondered where I would move to next year, because I feel it’s time to expand. What a perfect message to know that I am being guided. ❤

Thank you SO much for this video! It was much needed! I needed to hear that my guidance today was real, because I was questioning the guiadance of maybe me talking with my own ego. My psychic abilities are very good, im clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairknowing, clairfeeling. But I struggle sometimes to be aviable. I can communicate and hear my guides through words, I hear the words inside my head, they just pop up. I can hear my guides through meditation, even without meditating, as long as im able to tune in. Today, after hearing some chapters of your book "ask your guides", I went for a shower. Im not kidding when I say I talked to 2 of them, for at least 15 minutes! We talked about many things, everything from near future, to about spirit world to about information about a feeling I have had lately, about a presence in my room before I go to sleep. They verified what I senced was correct. They kept also say several times: "be strong". So I understand that something are coming, I have to be strong. But to add to that, I went out of the shower, and suddenly see a cat whisker from my cat. While in shower i was honest and said i was afraid this conversation is only me talking to my own ego, even tho I knew then and now, it wasnt. But I love talking to my guides, I love feeling the connection to my guides and spirit realm, my logic brain try to convince me that this isnt real. But I have always since a little girl been a spiritual person talking with spirits, so luckily my logical bain rarely wins. But the i felt the cat whisker was a physical sign of this conversation with my guides was very real. But cat whiskers are also known to symbolize protection. So I see it as a sign if protection from my cat and guides, and that the cat whisker verify what they said, that I need to stay strong and that im protected.

I wasn't religious at all, slightly spiritual. Last 3 weeks have been intense. Without any of my own control, I swallowed an invisible pill. I felt it go down my throat. Then baptized myself in my restroom sink. I was able to think and speak but i could not move my body. That's just the start.

For various reasons, I grew up never trusting myself or even my experience or emotions and therefore my intuition. It was only when I realised that ignoring the gifts of guidance and all the hints and nudges that would pop up was a refusal of a very generous and vital gift - and extremely ungrateful of me! Especially when I was practising gratitude for everything else (lovely and not-so-lovely)! Now I'm listening and trusting better and receiving so much wonderful wisdom, whether from my innate divine source or angels and guides. I will never ignore this beautiful gift ever again. It is pure love.

Hints and nudges. They're no good if you can't notice them or continually overlook them. Why this soft gentle option ? Why don't spirit give you a decent shove instead of a nudge ? That way you CAN'T miss it. So many people, including me, remain lost because they were never made sufficiently aware of what we needed to know. Spirit seem quite content to let us waste our lives trying to figure out what they've already presumably told us ! Crazy system they operate !

@@gribwitch I completely understand your frustration. I spent years asking the same questions over and over about purpose, healing, callings, work - all of it - just wanting straightforward guidance on what and how I should live and it is only the past few years I've realised two vital things about guidance: 1. It is neutral and gentle. As humans, and harshly brought up children, we're so used to being told what to do, having structure and programs to follow. Many mainstream religions are built like this. But Source/Spirit/Love, as I understand it, doesn't work like this. We have free will. The quiet voice that keeps nudging or whispering before the main thoughts barrel in is so easy to dismiss but that is your soul communicating. It doesn't boss you because it loves you and isn't about control. It's up to us to believe in ourselves, to trust that even little ole us could be a part of that magnificent divine love. 2. We only get the next step, the next piece. Intuition works in steps and you won't get a big picture all in one go because each step needs to be made. Once I realised this, I stopped asking big destiny questions like, am I healer, where should I live etc and really got to work because true living is about the present moment - the only place where we can take that next step that will lead us to the next one being revealed. I spent my 20s and 30s trying to rush all this. Shifts occurred when I stopped forcing it and just really welcomed the idea that I was fine as I am right now and the only thing I need to change is my perspective from one of "I'm helpless and desperate, tell me what to do!!" to one of, "I'm connected and powerful and can intuit what to do next." It is a daily commitment but feels so good when you realise you've been guided all along. Just really, really gently 💜

So many people experience spiritual awakenings after a near death experience or a massive loss or major illness. Because we think we need drama and hardship to change. Before catastrophe coalesces to really wake us up, we must listen to the quiet voice and trust it ✨️

I'm an intellectual type - I analyse,, use logic and plan ahead in anticipation of potential problems. It's how I am. More pertinently it's how God made me to be. Or how He planned it to be in my psycho-social upbringing. I acknowledge that this is my ego feeling this yes, but then who gave me this ego ? I didn't get consciously consulted - it was decided for me before I was born. Now I'm expected to overcome that burden myself ? No, I won't play that sadistic game.

Another bit that resonates: "I wrote that book for myself." My channels are clear, so when I am asked advice - the answers I have, I did not have before I speak. What I have to speak aloud ultimately helps me to make sense of things... I'm understanding the phrase "filled with the Holy Ghost." It translates to me as "intuition" or "guidance."
