You can pull whole back of the chair up by few cm, but I guess he didn't know that

yep its too small for anyone over 5'8, and its not because the back needs to be raised, its because the seat depth is far too small, which is not adjustable. Add in the lumbar likes to force you to sit on the edge of the seat and makes it so that your upper back does not touch the back of the chair when sitting up straight giving no support. It's simply not an ergonomic chair, missing too many crucial adjustments. But hey it least it looks good. Are "ergonomic chairs" becoming the new gaming chair?

@@frostsilenec About a week and then sent it back. Sitting in it amount of time over an hour made spots on my legs hips and back go numb. That lumbar design is awful. Oh, and they just sent me a post card saying they'll give me a $50 gift card for a 5 star amazon review. Super shady

High quality casters? They are cheep plastic, the ones on mine don't even swivel right so they end up dragging side ways across the floor. Preasembled? haha, sure its not hard but I've never had to put together the individual legs of a chair base before, took far longer then any other chair I've owned. As far as adjustability a list of all the things it doesn't have, Lumbar up and down independent of the entire back of the chair, lumbar tension/stiffness, seat pan depth, seat tilt, only 3! tilt locking positions, tilt tension. adjustment of the width between the arm rests. If your over 5'8 avoid this thing, Its not for you.
