Es que KZfaq ofrece un servicio y si los usas lo debes aceptar. No pueden incluir anuncios a quienes venden coches y no cuando el tema trata sobre lo espiritual. A mí también me molesta pero de manera general en cualquier video, pero ya digo, es un servicio que ofrecen y si lo usas hay que atenerse a eso.

cuando voy a hacer mi pieza, es un ritual para mi prender un incienso y colocar este mantra, y cantarlo a todo pulmón. Luego de terminar el aseo, mi espacio se siente tan liviano, hasta como si el lugar estuviese más iluminado. He estado haciendo esto seguido, y me baja la ansiedad, estoy agradecida al universo, al cielo, a nuestro creador, a los ancestros, a nuestros hermanos estelares, gracias gracias gracias por la protección.

Listened to this before sleep when I was 10 years old. Here I am at 16 still listening. The good old times. This is a very relaxing mantra. Highly recommend. Great to listen to while doing anything. I play it for sleep, homework, and when I am feeling stressed or down or if I'm in a good mood. Thanks for reciting this mantra Snatam Kaur. :)

What is this!?!?!? Something came over me when listening! I began WEEPING and shaking and felt the presence of God in me! This is the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard!!! I am a longtime bhakti yoga practitioner, chanting Hindu mantras in weekly - sometimes more often - kirtans. Just discovered this powerful mantra by Snatam Kaur in the beautiful Punjabi language of the Sikhs. It is so beautiful, so powerful, so compelling, so comforting. Ik- There is ONE(Ik) reality, the origin and the source of everything. The creation did not come out of nothing. When there was nothing, there was ONE, Ik. Onkaar- When Ik becomes the creative principal it becomes Onkaar. Onkaar manifests as visible and invisible phenomenon. Satnaam- The sustaining principle of Ik is Satnaam, the True Name, True Name. Kartaa Purakh- Ik Onkaar is Creator and Doer (Kartaa) of everything, all the seen and unseen phenomenon. It is not just a law or a system, it is a Purakh, a Person. Nirbhau- That Ik Onkaar is devoid of any fear, because there is nothing but itself. Nirvair- That Ik Onkaar is devoid of any enmity because there is nothing but itself. Akaal Moorat- That Ik Onkaar is beyond Time (Akaal) and yet it is existing. Its a Form(Moorat) which does not exist in Time. Ajooni- That Ik Onkaar does not condense and come into any birth. All the phenomenon of birth and death of forms are within it. Saibhang- That Ik Onkaar exists on its own, by its own. It is not caused by anything before it or beyond it. Gurprasaad- That Ik Onkaar is expresses itself through a channel known as Guru and it is only its own Grace and Mercy (Prasaad) that this happens.
