GREAT VIDEO , I USED TO LOVE RIDING WITH MY DAD IN THE COMBINE WHEN I WAS HARRY'S AGE , MY JOB WAS TO PUT THE SPOUT OUT TO EMPTY INTO THE TRAILER , GOOD TIMES !

I was going to a wildlife hide in my area yesterday and managed to get in the way of one local farmer's silage operation!! Had to reverse back to let one trailer load through before the other two came up behind me on their way to the field!!!!

It’s not haying , this is silage, hay is dry this is grass chopped for silage

it is getting the crop in, week in europe.. i think ive seen 20 farmers in the northern parts of holland getting there silage in yesterday while i was driving for work

Hi Richard another great video and from the Richard half pint look alike 😀 I'm not a farmer but love the industry and people like you and other farming channel creaters make it more interesting Also I also can see for your farm why you use professional contractors it won't be financially viable for you to buy or lease your own equipment as I bet there's 1/2 million pounds worth of equipment there All the best keep it up

Equipment is expensive and farms can’t justify to buy it so they use contractors that can just about afford it and do a quality job
