Silenced Topre vs. Niz EC Switches Comparison

just a typing test comparing two switches in two keyboards:
HHKB Professional Classic (45g topre, purple sliders, lubed stabilizers)
ABKO KN01 (45g Niz EC, lubed stabilizers, custom retro blank keycaps)
note that this isn't an accurate demonstration; I just made this video because I wanted to improve a previous video I did
btw the brands abko and niz plum both produce the same ec switch that we all know. this could technically be a comparison between HHKB and Niz plum
Niz is lighter, slightly less tactile, and slightly louder than silenced topre on an HHKB.
silence topre is a little more stiff and snappier (unsilenced, stock topre would be way louder and snappier though)
I did not lube any of the switches. just a stock comparison
I personally like both but at the moment I enjoy niz. I can also say that it's more different from real topre than I expected. You are not going to get a similar feel from silenced topre on these switches as i mentioned above, but people are not exaggerating when they say that it's literally typing on clouds haha.

I recently got the HHKB Pro Hybrid Type S and the Realforce R3. I thoroughly enjoy the type S as there is practically no rattle but the R3 has some rattle and wobble especially on the stabs. How was the stabs on the Niz? Was there rattle before you lubed it? It sounds nice and solid in the video.

The keyboard uses cherry plate mounted stabilizers. When I initially got it out of the box, it was insanely rattling. Took the keyboard apart and noticed that there was a generous amount of factory lube, but it was really weird... like the lube was a solid. It was actually hard to clean the stabs even with rubbing alcohol. Once i managed to get most of the residue out, I holee modded and relubed the wires with krytox 205g0, which that removed all of the rattle. There is some ticking at one end of both the left shift and enter key, but im lazy to fix that problem haha. Overall if I were to do the process again, id just swap the stock stabilizers with some other 3rd party stabs like durocks if I had any laying around. But for now, they sound and feel very nice when the stabs are modified, especially with how bad they sounded stock.

Stabs on the Niz are annoying to tune. If you get it right though they work well and don't rattle.
