She does, her voice is perfect for the Silent Hill songs they produce, when she sings you can hear that there is true emotion behind her words...it's beautiful and truly fascinating :)

Then be prepare to feel weird when you play Origin and beyond that. It just feel not the same as 1-4. Either you love it or hate it.

@@kaismessiahbaby755 they're two different genres and approaches; personally, I still prefer Lisa's theme; but not just that one... The whole soundtrack, including during the gameplay, is so amazing. Like when you're in the church... It has such a mysterious feeling. And the very fast tracks... SH has them all

@@Speed4Runs then you contradicted yourself. I'm not trying to be a dick I'm just pointing it out. And that's what I was trying to say to you personally it's an objective thing. But in general there are things that are subjectively better than others and the thing that Silent Hill 1 is missing since it was on PS1 are the amazing vocals that were in the best tracks of the following games. Those vocals gave more of an emotional impact as they went with certain aspects of the game like a character's death or some kind of Revelation. That's all I'm saying.

Nope. It's weird, because there's 7 tracks from OST album that are not in the game. I believe that's because of producing 2 games at once, hence the 4th game has it flaws and fairly weak and rushed ending. Man, I loved the game, but it could be even better if they had all their developer strenght on it.

+Mark Kuo I'm not saying that I dislike akira's vocal composition style, I just think it's jarring to hear adult alternative rock in the middle of a creepy subtle and well tensioned horror game. the lack of intelligible vocals in the original scores for sh1, sh2 and sh3 created a lonely and even sometimes mystic atmosphere. Again I don't hate akira's later work I just think it doesn't fit in the world of silent hill.

@@h.psuavecraft6816I feel like they kind of fit. It’s not really just some random alternative rock, it’s from the thoughts of the characters in-game. These vocal tracks don’t play in-game either way and they fit the atmosphere after you experience the full game.
