I too had my silent migraines stop once i added Mg supplements to my diet, on the suggestion of my naturopath.

I get auras without headache, tried a lot of drugs and nothing worked. I have been using magnesium supplement and the auras are kept at bay.

I get silent migraines. Aura is just the start and while there is no overbearing headache, I get the stiff neck, nausea, confusion, and feel like my head is heavily bruised for up to three days. Your video didn’t seem to really cover the full plethora of symptoms of silent migraine. It doesn’t end with aura.

Im a medical mystery. I have "a silent migraine, that some on with lack of food sleep or even pain, falling down stairs, hitting my leg on the table, ect. If it pain i instantly smell gas tingle tunnle vision then stiffen up eyes go back fall. Then dont know where im at who i am. With the food and sleep one i get tingly, in arms, then legs, then neck, then face, till my lips clench up and i stiffen up and my eyes go back. Ive been told seizures ive been told panic attacks, ive also been told im just fine. just not learning about this idk
