SILENTLY tightening and tuning my tabla

I'm sure that for some people i'm not doing it the "right" way, but I am self taught and this is how I do it!

I use a big screwdriver for tightening and as leverage for fixing the gutta. There are also hooks available for pulling the strings, but the screwdriver method seems more convenient.
