Soul campfires will kill mobs twice as fast as normal campfires so if that applies to iron golems too then it's a decent substitute for lava.

@rap2H just tested it today, in the latest update it kills the iron golem twice as fast. Doubled output

Tested it today, campfire does 1/2 damage of soul campfire. Soulcamfire + lava kills the iron golem very quickly @silentwhisperer check this out!

im thinking of covering up my iron farm with a pyramid, how do you think i can keep the iron golems from spawning on top of my pyramid because i tried placing slabs but that stopped them from spawning completely.

I want to ask about the biome specific enchantments. I recently wanted to get mending while I was at a plains village. I kept rerolling and somehow it popped up as part of the second or third level trade. Is this possible for all the other enchantments like the level 4 protection and so on ?

Episode three and silent is at godmode. Fully enchanted iron seceral working farms and a megabase.I play minecraft for 3 months, and I get my diamond armor enchanted.

Hey silent, I actually have advice for the iron farm. So on bedrock, where ever the pillows of the beds are facing determines the center of the “village” and that’s where most of the iron golems spawn. You can actually get iron golems to spawn in a 18x24 area if you place the beds in the right way. I have a saved video if you want to see it because the KZfaqr goes in great detail on why it works. Edit: the link I put here doesn’t work for some reason so look up The Toaster and his video is titled the best 1.20 iron farm for bedrock edition. The explanation for the beds is at the 22:00 mark.

Silent, I love your Truly Bedrock Episodes! I do have a question about some of your farms. In your mob farms, why do we use trident killers instead of soul/normal campfires?

Trident killers carry over looting from the player's held sword.

all the beds/bells/workstations in the area should be right around the center of the iron farm. otherwise the center of your village could be anywhere and they'll spawn everywhere lol

My villagers aren’t losing there job when I break the work station (I haven’t traded with them yet)

They still keep their old job when you break the work station sometimes. You have to replace the work station with something else to get them to change jobs. Also make sure that they aren't linking up with any other work stations in the area.
