Peggy Holds a degree in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising from Brigham Young University. As a mother to four sons, Peggy spends her time divided between teaching and creating new patterns for Silhouette Patterns, a line of contemporary patterns available to the home sewer. During her career she has taught college courses in pattern drafting and design. She professionally drafts patterns for individuals and manufacturers all across the country ranging from golf apparel to black tie performances. In addition to apparel designs, Peggy has designed the patterns of the costumes worn by the Mens Olympic Figure Skating Gold Medalist, Elvis Stojko.

Just bought this pattern and your 2 inch elastic, which is so soft and wonderful! Can't wait to go back and sew with this video after the pattern comes in. Thank you so much for the sew alongs, they really help.

I really like watching you do the sew along because sometimes as you are going along you explain quick tips or if there is a fussy part that helps me know I may have that fussy area as well and it isn’t me doing something wrong. Thank you Peggy

I so enjoyed watching this sew-a-long, even though I was cooking at the time! I love the way you give an explanation as to WHY you choose to do things a certain way. It's so helpful. I've been sewing for almost 50 years, but I still learn something new when I watch you. (I'm a teacher, so that's high praise! 😊)
