Glad I'm not the only one. I understand the need for these but theres something odd about them. Uncanny valley kinda thing and at the same time I can't help but admire them. Soo detailed, the talent it takes to make them blows me away as well.

Omg my heart swells at that face. When I was a girl I was obsessed with dolls. There was family drama and I left home at 17. My mother took over my collection and I felt I was too old when I finally was in a place where I could have taken them. Now I want a reborn baby!!

I put down a deposit with the artist, then I bought the kit separately and got her sent to me, then sent to the artist, then she was made and finally back to me. Start to finish took 6 months from first deposit!
