No special oil we just have to get rid of them over time but don’t worry girl your hair is still in great shape!

What’s the difference between silk press and just normal straightened hair?

A silk press is silky and pin straight with lots of movement where as normal straightened hair can still have some texture depending on your desired result. I would say the silk press is a specific style of straightening to get a particular look

what temperature do you use ? i’m struggling with trying to find the right temperature and scared to cause heat damage

I go between 410 and 430 for her hair that’s usually safe for textured hair without causing damage. Also be sure to take your time working with small sections in a nice cool room so that you aren’t going over your hair multiple times this will also help to prevent damage

I honestly don’t remember this was a few years ago but it’s usually a lightweight leave in condition and a serum or heat protectant spray
