The first time we saw the choreo was when he performed on Jimmy Fallon, I highly recommend watching Jimin's performance of Like Crazy on Fallon, it was so magical.

We first see the scar in Daechwita and that becomes the mark of Agust D. In Haegeum, he has the scar because it is part of the whole story. He planned it out to be a trilogy. But we never knew how he got the scar so many just assumed it was "in battle." But in Amygdala we see that it was self-inflicted which absolutely broke my heart in a million pieces!!! I already couldn't listen to the song without crying but when I saw this video, I sobbed. This one hurts so much. And you're right. Yoongi has bared his soul for us. His vulnerability and honesty makes me adore him even more, if that's possible

🥰In the all English version of Set Me Free Pt.2 the girls are pulling him tugging at him the exact same time the lyrics are saying I can hear the voices in my head, so those voices are pulling at him every which way. But since the Korean lyrics translate differently many come to different conclusions, depending what they themselves prefer to believe. Which is fine, because nay good song gives off many different ways one can interpret depending on what each person either prefers, or relates to best. I love how all of Jimin’s songs, just like many other BTS or individual members songs leaves many parts open to whatever each individual interpretation. In other words most definitely none are one dimensional songs but tend to go much deeper with meaningful at times inspirational lyrics, 🙏👍❤️‍🔥🙌🐥😍

It was beautiful, yes, but I cried so hard listening to him describe how abysmally deep his pain could be during the terribly difficult journey to get to where he is now. Gotta say that's still hard for me to watch the AMYGDALA MV cus I always end up crying so bad and make me realize how yoongi felt for many years even after his debut how he openly spoke about his depression and anxiety issues 😭 I just wanted to hug him but you can see a big process in his life now and that's what it is, a process to recover yourself from the amount of hard moment you went through and that's brave he's so strong and I admire him with my entire heart. since daechwita yoongi has used the scar in his agustd characters, it was just at different stages of healing throughout. we see here that the injury was self inflicted. yoongi has said that he used agustd to vent his anger and his trauma, which includes the accident which injured his shoulder, and I think the facial scar was a physical representation of his internal pain. that's why him potentially decided to leave agustd behind after finishing d-day is so bittersweet - that persona is such a big part of yoongi and his career, but it also just means he's moving on and healing, which is all we could ever want from him. my take on the trilogy is that in Daechwita Yoongi was freeing himself from his own need to prove himself to his haters. His grounded version of himself kills the money hungry ambitious king self. In haegum you see him again reinventing himself. This time he frees himself from society's constraints (Read: capitalism)as a whole and the confusion and stress that comes with information age. In both videos the scar represents trauma and each time he gets rid of a constraint his new version's scar heals a little. In Amygdala he goes to the beginning and shows that : how you react to adversity can shape you and influence your decisions. How the things that happened to him made him make the choices he made. This process of dealing with inner demons is a ongoing one. It is not that he has given up at the end it's that he has more to process to be healed completely. The making of the video shows you telling a bit more about his thought process behind the song. He is so brave in sharing his journey with us. love your honest reactions and fangirling.

YOONGI is eating almonds which are the size of the amygdala and yet has the capacity to imprison you with the fear of those terrible events. I was blessed to see YOONGI up close at his D-Day concert in LA and we were in tears - to see this man shake off these self-imposed shackles and deliver such a moving personal, very emotional and explosive performance touched everyone there - there are no words for how we all felt - it was like who knew this was even possible? He has done so much to help all of us deal with our own scars and heal with him by our side. Our sweet Jimin made many special tv guest appearances - each one so adorable and wonderful. One of the most unforgettable appearances was on Leemjuin Service where he performed an acoustic version of Like Crazy.
