I was expecting a job offer for last 3 weeks for which interview was given. I did visualization day before yesterday, that the results would cone. True results have come on that day only, but negative. 😂😂. Job was not offered. I am not critic on this just sharing. This method gives me good sleep actually. I do it while lying on bed. I lije it that way. Is it wrong for visualization?

But I was trying to visualize in general about being receipt offer, then I am doing the actual job, present in the discussion meetings etc. Etc. since I gave the interview, almost everyday, but you know if visualization practice time is more then mind gets diverted during visualization.. I knew almost it was time to get to know the result, and incidentally got to know this visualization video, I did it. The same day I got the result but the job was not offered.

1:55 let's begin 5:00 - 11:12 count from100 to 1 13:52 - 34:00 - visualisation for 20 mins in every possible detail of colour taste feel. Feeling intensely like for real, and hold that visualisation for as long a duration as possible. And increase the frequency of visualising the desire.

For the first 10 mornings count from 100 to 1, then for 10 mornings count from 50 to one, then for 10 mornings count from 25 to 1, then for 10 mornings count from 10 to 1, and then start counting from 5 to 1. By that time you are able to more easily and quickly access the alpha level of mind so it requires less of a countdown.

Time stamps on the session for each count down? When do you apply the method to come out of it. I will slowly come out as I count to 1 to 5 feeling wide awake better than before. When do you apply this. I'm at 50 to 1 session.

This is such a beautiful, happy, peaceful and calm state to be in. I am so grateful and thankful for this meditation. It has been a tremendous help with my anxiety. I can already see a difference in my thoughts they are so vividly. The mind is amazing and beautiful when we are able to subconsciously let go and allow ourselves to escape and be free from all of the noisy distractions in our lives. I pray that everyone that is trying to experience a more happy, peaceful, and calm state of being to find it during this meditation.

I was listening to this last night, turned the lights off around 2 in the morming. The thing is, I slept until 5 o'clock after moon. I woke up there was a lot of nothing, my mind is usually very stressed and noise, It starts when having my coffee... But today all was quite and peaceful all day. I have no idea what happened... But I came back for more. 🙃💛✨💫

@@nicetascatubay1698 No. Nothing is wrong with you. Your experience is slightly different. There is much I could say here, share here, but I'll just share to be patient and persistent. Perhaps reaching your level is not what your spirit desires in this moment in time. Perhaps, disconnecting from your thoughts & feelings is what is next for you. Understanding there is nothing wrong in any situation. When a normal person is re-acting, judging, you can just observe your thoughts, feelings, or compulsion to judge, and let those go. Understanding that we create our reality. It is quite easy to become a victim of "what has happened to us" instead of "owning" what happened and taking responsibility for "what happens next". Just think about these points and continue your progress toward learning what else there is for you to see. Perhaps asking your inner self throughout the day, "what am I not seeing, the presence of which might make a difference?" GL2U

Time is an illusion anyways! But I wonder what that means for what is happening for you. I often feel the opposite. And I have my own assumptions as to why I feel that way. But if time is slowing down for you, maybe it means you are very present.

What a lovely meditation. Thank you for creating it and sharing it. I don't understand the criticisms. The background sound is quite nice. There is one blip in the background but so what. I loved how this began, I dropped into Alpha easy, but have been practicing the art a long time. during the recording you could hear noises in the background, that was distracting, when the recording got to the 20 something mark of the recording the music stopped and started again, I thought it had reverted back to the start, so I counted myself out. I have done similar meditations before but with Jose Silva himself, so I was ok with returning to normal state. I hope you don’t mind the feedback so you can improve on something great. ❤

At night Counted down to 80 fell asleep, don't remember a thing after that, had vivid dreams, some disturbing, woke up early and energetic. Will try again in the morning.

I like using this meditation before bed, because alpha makes me sleepy and if I finally manage to reprogram my mind I'd like to do it before bed. I really appreciate this meditation. It’s the best alpha meditation l have found on KZfaq. Just a little note. I feel that your voice is very distracting after the counting. If you could explain everything that is going to happen at the beginning, to me that will make more sense. I am trying to manifest and visualize after counting backwards, but your voice keeps on interrupting me.

Thank you SO much! With aphantasia it has been very difficult to visualize other than what I call "cerebral." I am extremely hopeful! I started by just trying to vizualize an apple. It didn't happen. BUT... so many things did!!! First a beautiful Fall scene. Then, my countertops where I was trying to see the apple. And, people, etc. I wish I had written it all down. But, there were definitely images where typically I see black! I was just starting to see it like a movie starting again with the Fall scene when I was brought back. I wish the meditation was longer!!! It was wonderful and working. I wanted to stay in that state! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!💞 Day 2: I saw moving light, as I typically do. But, nothing else. Disappointing. But... knowing I'm probably trying too hard. It WILL happen with time and practice!

It's so exciting to hear that you had a good experience with it the first time! Our meditation experiences do vary each time so don't get discouraged. You may want to experiment with some of our alpha meditations on the channel to see if they are more helpful. The meditative state worked for me I visualized everything I want it I stayed in kind of a elusive state your voice startled me and woke me up in the middle of it I fell out of it meaning I woke up so I begin to count again from 99 and it sent me back to that elusive state where I can visualize all the wonderful things I wanted in life and all of a sudden your voice woke me up I didn’t even have an opportunity to count to five to get up your voice just startled me but it was Very intriguing to be able to visualize everything I wanted and be half sleep and half awake I’m going to do this a lot to see if the method works but I was definitely in my alpha state

In your introduction you mentioned morning meditation is this only for use upon waking up because I’ve been doing it at that time? Tell me if I’m doing something wrong

Don't overthink it! It is an individual journey and what may work for another may not work for you. Morning upon waking is best because you are already in alpha state or near it. But if another time of day still works, go with it.

@@vincentnyatuka156 try writing your desire down and be open to the flow of ideas that come as you write. Then close your eyes and look up at a 20 degree angle and breath in the light, always be connected to the light. Never force pictures , relax and allow infinite intelligence to show you.

Thank you so much for creating this @Sommer First time doing it - I felt like I struggled to get into Alpha -- I did not feel any difference. Just very relaxed. A few times, it did feel like something was trying to “open” or “break through”… 🤷🏻‍♀️ Do I continue practicing? Will I come to alpha at some point?

My personal experience has been that when something feels like it is trying to open or break through, it most definitely is but we try to rush it. Don't overthink it or have expectation. Stay with it.

I was deep in meditation even though I wasn't able to visualise and then you spoke n the voice was so loud that I got scared and woke up. It was so scary. I have your other version of meditation I will try that

I agree with some of the other commentators, that your there are discrepancies between your voice & the music. Also, what is a 20 degree angle looking upward while eyes are closed? Could you give an example of where my eyes would be viewing at that angle? You said this eye position alone, can bring you into alpha, but how do I know I'm looking at a 20 degree angle to even be in alpha?

Close your eyes and look straight ahead. Raise your eyes slightly from the horizontal, about 20° 😌

Hi, just wanted to confirm do we need to look at 20 degree throughout the whole meditation? I find it difficult to count back and look at 20 degree at the same time. Please advice me on these two issues. Thanks

Ideally, yes you'd hold the 20 degree throughout or at least keep bringing your eyes back into position when they fall. However, don't overthink it either. If it distracts you, it's not effective either. Just do your best and with time, all will fall into place. ❤

Yes you will reduce the counting as outlined and use any extra time for relaxing in alpha.

I am confused...are we visualizing whatever it is that we desire or want to on the mental screen like a movie screen playing that desire from a 3rd person perspective or to do it in first person? Also, do i step right into visualizing what i want?? I saw Vishen Lakhani's video where he say to feel the pain of where i am rught now and then seeing it change? Any video where i can grasp all this or would you kindly explain?

I believe Silva says to use 3rd person. I say use what feels most natural to you. Because visualization can be difficult for many anyways, don't overthink it.

I loved the way the lady is speaking and how calm and nicely took me to deeper level, however the background noise seemed like someone was working on something, I was sure it was not for the meditation cause I listened to it later on. And that noise honestly was ruining the meditation. Please next time make sure you are in a quiet place, cause the way you speak is amazing.
