I have a serving spoon with R. Wallace on the back. I learned who he is, but there are none if the sterling marks that I know on it. It has the W on the handle tip and two vertical slashes which cut through the metal, on the narrow side of the handle. The spoon definitely looks like sterling silver though. It passed the silver tests which I tried on it. Are the vertical slashes a mark for sterling silver?

I’ve got two small items with no lion pattern but 2 crowns an E a P and an NS there in this order (crown E P crown NS) can u tell me what that means?

Electro plated Nikel silver, can still be worth something if it’s an antique. But easy to go south.
