Hello and welcome to another video on the LeviTCG channel! In this video Slime Silvie and Fire Merlin go head to head in a locals battle! Will Merlin draw the fireball first, or will Silvie's Slime's be too much for Merlin to handle? Watch till the end of the video to see which deck came out on top!
Sorry about the quality, have been trying to improve the recording setup over the last couple of months and this is what I've got so far. Hoping to upgrade it in the future to produce higher quality content!

12:12 Bedivere can be targeted by Slime's Blessing, but she won't receive a buff because she's not a slime ally.

Silvie player was playing with -2 cards in hand round 1, the blue slime spell that was in the middle of the field was supposed to be from the memory not cast and they just binned it and missed the trigger on life essense, feels bad man.

Yep, everytime I build a new deck and kept losing to merlin and fire zander, I question myself if I made the right choice playing this game... Fire zander is also a deck that's very hard to deal cause it heals every turn and deals damage every turn, unless you can 1 hit kill, then it's almost impossible to beat it.

Yeah Fire Zander is often a very frustrating matchup, but if you can push enough damage early on you might be able to come out with the win! In my opinion you should play whichever deck you feel most comfortable with and enjoy :)

From what im understanding in this video both players started the game with their spirit on board, he should not be able to cast grand crusader ring turn one because you always materialize your spirit at the start of your first turn, you do not start the game with your spirit out.

Fire Merlin went first and brought out his spirit, didn't play a card and past turn to the silvie player, and then the Fire Merlin player materialized ring the following turn. Hope this helps :)

I agree, Ghost of Pendragon, Fireball and Creative are too strong. I don't believe they all need to be banned, but deff limited. If they want the New Meta to take off they need to start limiting these type of decks. Worlds was full of Rai and Merlin decks which was so boring. The best matchup was the Water Allies vs Wind Allies in the whole tournament of worlds. It's boring seeing "Fireball" "Fireball" and Feels like unlimited drawing. They banned Sword of Avarice because it was broken, why can't they see Merlin/Rai Decks are also Broken. More Merlin i guess but still a major problem. Why bother trying new cards from ALC and MRC when if you want to compete just turn up with Merlin and play the mirror match.

I’ve been saying, while the new set has tremendous support for everything, it’s moot if you lose within 2-3 turns because of Erupting or Zander and you can’t defend or set up to reach level 3 in time. Fire has far too much draw power and kill spells, and while wind somehow got a huge boost in control cards, I am still advocating that Creative Shock and Hasty Messenger be banned.
