@@praveeshpravi7905 മണ്ണ്,ചെങ്കല്ല്, ചുടുകല്ലു കട്ടകളെക്കാൾ ചൂട് പ്രതിരോധിക്കാൻ സിമെന്റ് കട്ടകൾക്ക് കഴിയില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടു അല്പം ഉയരം കൂട്ടിയും ആവശ്യത്തിന് ജനലുകൾ , എയർ വെന്റിലേഷനുകൾ, exhaust ഫാനുകൾ എന്നിവ ഘടിപ്പിച്ചും ചൂട് കുറയ്ക്കാം.. സീലിങ് പാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് പാരീസ് കൊണ്ട് വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതും ചൂട് കുറയ്ക്കും. രണ്ടു നില വീടാണ് എങ്കിൽ താഴത്തെ നിലയ്ക്ക് സ്വാഭാവികമായും ചൂട് കുറയും. ഒറ്റനില വീടാണ് എങ്കിൽ റൂഫിങ് ചെയ്താൽ ചൂട് കുറയ്ക്കാം..

@@brennyC If we are using soil interlock blocks can be chances for termites? I mean after many years passing through naturally may me possible? Because my house was built with old soil block with sand mortar and two side cement plaster. But still termites problem there and eating the cupboard. Any solution with mud block getting cool inside of house?

ഈ ഇന്റർലോക്ക് കട്ടക്ക് 8 ഇഞ്ച് ഉയരം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ..ഈ വിലക്ക് ലാഭകരമാണ്... ഇതു 5 ഇഞ്ച് ഉയരം അല്ലെ ഉള്ളു... സാധാ സിമന്റ് ബ്ലോക്ക് നു 8 ഇഞ്ച് ഉയരം ഉണ്ട്.. അപ്പോൾ... ഈ ഇന്റർലോക്ക് കട്ട 23 എണ്ണം വേണ്ടയിടത്തു സാധാ സിമന്റ് കട്ട 14 എണ്ണം മതിയാകും.. സാധാസിമന്റ് കട്ട വില - 38 രൂപ ഇതിനു. 46 രൂപ.. 23 × 46 = 1058 രൂപ 14 × 38 = 532 രൂപ

എന്റെ വീട് ഈ കട്ട കൊണ്ടാണ് പണിതത് വല്യ ഫിനിഷിങ് ഒന്നും ഇല്ല 😥but കേറി കിടക്കാൻ ഒരിടം അത് സഫലമായി ചെറിയ ചിലവിൽ വീടാവും പുട്ടി ഇട്ടതൊക്കെ ചില ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ ഇളകി പോകുന്നുണ്ട്

In kerala where it rains for almost 9 months in an year, better to do exterior cement plastering to avoid water leakage into the interior , but it's best for other states where rainfall is less

Not good actually leakage would happen if you stay in Kerala. Better use traditional cementing and plastering along with dr fixit . This would help in long run. Dont use these types of items, when u go easy and low money it would ultimately damage u in long run

തറ chengallu(first,8 ഇഞ്ച് കനം 12 ഇഞ്ച് നീളം )കൊണ്ടാണ് പണിതത്, പാദുകം 3 വരി. പാദുകത്തിന് മുകളിൽ രണ്ടു വരി chengallu പടവ് അതിനു മുകളിൽ 6 ഇഞ്ച് ബെൽറ്റ് എല്ലാം പാക്കിട്ട് വെച്ചതാണ്.... ഈ വീടുണ്ടാക്കാൻ കാട്ടിലവെക്കാൻ എത്ര മാസം വെയിറ്റ് ചെയ്യണം? If the building is constructed using interlock alongside busy road/railway line etc, with only putty plastering. Do, the vibrations from heavy traffic will cause hairline crack in putty finish?

ഇതിനു ഒരുപാട് നെഗറ്റീവ്സ്. ഉണ്ടു് മഴയത്തു പുറത്തു നിന്നും നല്ല സീപേജ് ഉണ്ടാവും. ഭിത്തിയുടെ ഇൻസൈഡ് നല്ല പോലെ നനയും.കോർണറിന് ബലം വളരെ കുറയും. മൊത്തത്തിൽ ഭിത്തിയുടെ ബലം വളരെ കുറവായിരിക്കും.ചെറിയ ഭൂകമ്പത്തിൽ പോലും ഭിത്തികൾ തകരും.അകത്തു ആണി അടിക്കുവാൻ പോലും വളരെ സൂഷ്മത വേണ്ടി വരും. എങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയാലും ഇതു റിസ്ക് തന്നെയാണു്
