From last many months I am trying to complete one report, which I have to written in my own words. And today to complete it I have done excatly what is explained i this video regarding distraction. Trust me I felt exactly what is told in video. I can co relate to my experience with this technic and it works. Fortunately I saw video after I tried the technic so it gives me more clarity.
