Ejaz Bhalloo is 17 and currently undertaking the IB curriculum in the Aga Khan Mzizima Secondary School. Living in Dar es Salaam his entire life, he is part of the MUN club and the LEO club. He is a lecturer on religion, humanity and politics and is an author of multiple related books. Throughout my lecturing I have learned that the world’s religions have great things in common, and learnt the need of respecting each other’s opinions. Inspired by this, the topic of my talk is “similarities between various world religions”.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Forgiveness is NOT the forgiveness we know. It’s NOT saying ‘no matter what has been done to me I will forgive.’ Forgiveness works together with anger. They are not opposing forces. When your psyche is protected by honoring anger and using boundaries you can forgive BECAUSE you have moved on..BECAUSE you have changed! You will be in a new position of strength.. :)

God created us all but we have all sinned against him, against each other and against ourselves and God hates sin and the wages sin is death so we are living in a a fallen world.. But God loved us so much that he came into flesh and died for all our sins to reconcile us back to himself and we are forgiven of all our sins against him and against each other.. God is a God of relationship.. The Bible says God is love.. We can all so that love is God's main idea we have types of relationships like families, friendships, marriage and all other types of relationships .. Its so amazing that even animals have relationships.. The fact that something called friendship is God's idea is amaizing... so if our Creator is a creator of relationships he is also a restorer of them and He has restored our relationship to Him and to each other through Jesus Christ.. So all humanity is now a family in Him if we believe Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.. God wants to restore your relationship, God wants to restore your relationship, the Creator wants to restore your life.. Allow Him believe that He gave His life on the cross in Christ Jesus

I think a nice part of religion is also haveing a god. Cuz for real it helps a lil psycologically. And im not dissing on any religions but if their is a single god and He wants his people to love him too. On that note imagery dose have a effect on the mind and im not sure if paganism counts cuz they have many gods and idols. Ig christianity and judism islam also teach helping others rekindle their bond with god. Not judgeing ig i just feel for peoples souls and a bit for god aswell cuz ik he dosent enjoy his kids turn away from him for his creation. Loving the gift more than the gifter

@@alexjones55555 Yes u are right.. Science knowlegde is given by Allah. but all religion came from Allah. There is Allah in Torah. & There is Allah in Torah. “ALLAH created heavens and earth in 6 days”.- (Quran-10:3) In the First Chapter of Bible , God finishes the creation in 6 days. According Hebrew Bible, Etymology ,ancient Hebrew root, Theology ,Lexicon Early Bible commenteries, Biblical Cyclopedia ,Encyclopedia Palestinian targum, Palestinian talmud all these sources proves ALLAH is the only true word in Hebrew for God. Allah alone created Heavens and Earth. Note- The word Elohim/God is now lost in original Hebrew and Only preserved in arabic says all non Muslim sources in the video. There is no other name when God finish his creation in 6 day, than the True word which is ALLAH. There is no Yahweh/no Jesus /no Elohim. That is why we say There is no God but "Allah". Say, "Have you considered that which you invoke besides Allah ? Show me what they have created of the earth; or did they have partnership in [creation of] the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this or a [remaining] trace of knowledge, if you should be truthful." - (Quran 46:4) PLEASE SEE the SOURCES and link in My Description of Video ” ALLAH IN TORAH | ALLAH IN BIBLE | ETYMOLOGY OF WORD GOD | ETYMOLOGY & Commentaries on the Bible

If these similar tenants are held way up in hierarchy in every religion and be superior to all other tenants which divides and give bad definitions of "innocence" and the "will of God" If the "will of God" pertains only and ONLY to the person practicing it.. We all could get along, Without any violent interpretation of religions.

Should not the FIRST question be-What is the actual definition of religion? And then the second question, what do the QUALIFIED (under this definition, established) Religions have in common? I find your method failing. Perhaps you should reconstruct your argument.

Hope you know we have a creator of our phenomenal universe, that goes by many names in this planet and many other worlds scattered around the galaxy but ALLAH defines it perfectly. The reason being is because ALLAH means the one and only GOD and the word GOD is pretty much the strongest word too describe something very powerful and that title only belongs too ALLAH, the creator of the heavens and the earth/ universe, not to egotistical prideful human beings that tend too follow ideology or the next trends. May peace and blessings be upon you all.
