Hello, I know nothing about pianos or music, could you explain to me why it's more difficult in E flat than in C? And, if you don't mind, what's the difference between this two? I hope you read this even though it's been a while since you posted your comment.

@@sarailys In E flat there a 3 black keys (E flat, A flat, B flat). In C flat there are only white keys, thats easier to play. But this song sounds better, when it`s played in the original key.

not if you play a melodic version that they actually play this is very simplified, into its basic chord structure but the way it's actually played has many more notes from the scale and is in no way a beginner piece but don't get me wrong it's great they uploaded this simplified version, so we can learn to play it the proper version would take a long time to memorize lol and requires some real skill this version is enough for me, I'd need to practice the real version for years at my skill level lol but I do plan on adding parts from the real version to this version so it's somewhere between easy and expert get the basics down 1st it's a great starting place

I am a beginner as well, but do you have any advice on which fingers to use on which keys, as it is not given in the video? Thanks@@daz97

⁠@@gaskellr44idk how much this helps but i’m gonna try. in the video, the blue notes are for your left hand, while the green notes are for your right, when i practice, i do the melody part first (the green notes) then i do the lower part (blue notes) next. i will slow the video down to help me. g major you’ll typically have your left thumb on D, and your left pinky on G, then on your right hand, thumb on G, and pinky on D. when i started teaching myself i did little scales. for example, i started on middle C, right thumb on C right pinky on G and I would go up the scale from C to G with my fingers, so it would go CDEFGFEDC. then i would play the c major chord, which you would have your right thumb on C and your middle finger on E and your pinky on G. then i would go up another key, then you would have your right thumb on D and go up that scale from DEFGAFED. and play the chord, D F A. and so on. i hope this helped if you still needed it lol.
