There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple design to the different fruit and vegetable.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving designs for larger centrepiece displays
Advanced Level - How to carve Roses and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit and Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkins.

OHHHHH, cant wait to do this! Im also going to purchase Daikon and Cucumber as well! I even bet you taking thick slices of butternut squash at the "neck" of the squash would do well - and even more gorgeous as a star that has been roasted in the oven!

Jose Cruz si aun quieres saber puedes usar un cuchillo de cocina pequeño simple, pero si quieres algo más especializado puedes usar un "cuchillo verdurero" (así les dicen en mi país) que son parecidos a este, aunque la hoja varia un poco.

practica en casi todo lo que cocines y con mucho cuidado y veras como mejoran los cortes, ademas cada uno tiene un pulso diferente así que es normal si no te quedan iguales a los de ella (de todas formas ella es una profesional)
