Simple but cute basic van build-no electrical-carpeted Ford econoline

This is my basic van build for my Ford econoline e150 van. I did everything by myself and let me tell you this is not a professional build at all, but I'm happy with what I was able to minimally do and teach myself to have an aesthetically pleasing and functional space to travel in. There's some parts I skimmed over while filming because my main focus was finishing the inside so I forgot to film some parts, but I hope you can get the gist of what I did.

Put drilled holes on a grid for airflow. Otherwise mold on your mattress bedding etc.

For me as well. I'm just getting ready to attempt fixing up my 1985 Chevy g20 van...not very crafty but I'm pretty good with tools and a fast learner so any other advice anyone would care to give me would be so welcomed.

I'm solo as well but in a olace I know no one but my 2 grown & very busy kids and no money to speak of..im watching over again . I am so thankful you are actually showing how you did it.

You did an amazing job kiddo! ❤❤❤ *** If you want to save yourself the mess of the fabric glue next time you can get something called "Heat and bond", you can get it in big sheets or you can get it in narrow strips. You just fold your fabric over to make your hem like you did and then iron it in between the two layers. It takes about 30 seconds and it holds up in the washer - I've had curtains hold up for five years or more. NOT to say that your curtains don't look great! Just sharing some info...

Curtain clips and kitchen towels make great curtains for someone without a machine.

Nice Job. Great price. I would have left carpet and steam cleaned as it helps with insulation. Then put washable throw rugs that you can shake out. Thats just me lol. Great how your so handy. Enjoy!!

Beautiful job Goddess!! I love how yours turned out, I bid an an auction twice for these types of vans but was outbid by people who wanted to use them for business hauling but ended up with a 05 Dodge Grand Caravan that needs much work but figured it would at least make a nice place to sleep for someone in need til I get better vans/campers to fix up for that very purpose and eventually build cobb tiny homes once I get land. I gladly subscribed and look fwd to your videos. Have a blissful journey!☺

That's not on this video but I know the one you're talking about... It was a maroon minivan, correct? She said she bought the leaf filter that you would normally put on your house gutters and just cut a hole in it for the fan. I guess the gutter comes with a lip that just sits on the window? She said she rolled the window down and set the gutter on it and rolled it back up. I would put the link to that video here but I think it's kind of rude to drop someone else's link in her video. I hope my info helped! 😊

Good job. I kept sofa bed, but built a shelf/table similar to yours. I set the back legs 10" from side wall so I could get full depth for shelf.
