I’m surprised someone from home depot actually cut the wood for you. I spent an hour waiting and just went to cut it myself, figured it was faster.

How did you secure the side wall to the floor so it wouldn't move. Went to fast for me to see what you used

I just used a simple Lshaped bracket to the floor so it stays in one place

How did you attach the side pieces to the wall and vertical panel evenly/balanced with the back horizontal piece? I’m having trouble adding the sides
@paprichaat56 ай бұрын
Is it in the stud or are you using an achor screw? We have no studs in the middle of closet wall so the anchor is throwing our balance off
@thatdiygingerguy6 ай бұрын
usually need to screw into the stud, but if there's no stud there use toggle bolt (butterfly bolt)
@paprichaat56 ай бұрын
@@thatdiygingerguyyes I used a toggle bolt for each horizontal panel. Do you think this is enough for each shelf to withhold folded clothes and bins with purses/accesories ?
@thatdiygingerguy6 ай бұрын
@@paprichaat5 each toggle bolt ia supposed to carry at least 50lbs, so should be fine 👌

Hi! What measurement is the support wood? What size should I look for in HD? Thanks
@thatdiygingerguy9 ай бұрын
I cut it to size, I think it was 65" by 16" or something, You can ask HD employee to cut to your custom size shelves, just make all the measurements before

I mean the small wood that you installed under the big piece of wood to support the shelves. Like 1 x 2 “ or 1x 3? Not sure if that last exist. 💁🏻♀️
